"Consider that 13% of Americans say they are willing to spend more with brands that offer better customer service, and with 26% of Americans believing that companies are actually paying less, not more, attention to their customer's needs and issues, it's a great opportunity to differentiate your brand from your competitors and make customers take notice!"
Here are the top 3 benefits that implementing real social media customer service can bring to your brand and your customers!

This article does a good job of reviewing many of the blunders of the past few years. And their conclusion is exactly the right one - it is MORE important to ask "Could this be seen as inappropriate?" than it is to quickly post something. The downside is always much worse that the upside of posting quickly.
Social media has tremendous potential to make your brand look really, really good. Not only can it drive referrals and leads, but it can increase your brand recognition and loyalty. It can open up lines of communication with your customers, and endear you to your target market. That's why it's such [...]

This makes so much sense that I am not sure why there is even a whole post about it. Viewed impressions are ads that users have actually seen because they have scrolled to that part of the page. Served impressions are viewed impressions plus all the times that the ad was below the fold.

So, as an advertiser, how is measuring served impressions ever valuable if I can get viewed impressions? It isn't. It is great that FB uses viewed impressions for Ads and apparently will start to for Page posts as well
Facebook’s latest step toward giving its advertisers the most accurate measurement of the effectiveness of their campaigns is its focus on viewed impressions, as opposed to served impressions.

I am going to try this for some of our clients.

This makes a lot of sense. Using Adaptly's platform, they were able to increase conversion rates by showing ads in sequence, each targeted to a different stage of the funnel. Awareness ads introduced the problem, information ads got people interested in the product, and then the conversion ad helped them buy it.

The same thing should be able to be done using the self-service platform and scheduling posts for sequential time periods and targeting the same audience.
A new study by Facebook Strategic Preferred Marketing Developer Adaptly, in partnership with Facebook and Refinery29, shows that advertisers who position and sequence their Facebook ads to take customers down the conversion funnel can experience an uplift in view-through and subscription rates.

I led a team of hand-picked Principal Engineers to develop advanced technologies and components used across the NuMega DevPartner suite. Pioneered the use of the SCRUM agile methodology to produce Visual Studio 2008 integration, Vista kernel monitoring, and Net profiling and injection components. Our team also heavily used Test-Driven Development via NUnit, NAnt, CruiseControl.net, Visual Studio Team System, and daily automatic VMWare-based tests. Introduction
I love to create. I have created via code, building debugging software or Facebook apps for myself and clients. I co-created a social media company to let me build communities and for others.

I love to learn. I have always been fascinated by the process of learning, and read and watch shows on many subjects. I also like to actively engage people to learn about what they do - life is so full of amazing things.

I love to teach. I co-wrote a book on Facebook Application Development, I have done many talks, I even helped teach a class to gifted high-school kids about psychology in college.
