First off, duh! Pasteurization does kill off some potentially harmful 'little buggers' in milk. This is a choice issue. Let people eat what they want. I mean, we still let people smoke, right? As long as it's an informed choice, let people do what they want. With raw milk, at least there is no 'second-hand' effects, like there is with smoking. Heck, just because it's a bad idea to eat something called a 'Triple Bypass Burger' doesn't mean there needs to be regulation to stop consumers from obtaining it.
