Lower Falls, in Yellowstone NP.  I was there very early and took these shots before the Sun was really up.

HDR Images  -

Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, USA.  Lower Falls, taken right around dawn on a cloudy day.  Didn't bring my ND filters, so I had to improvise by getting up really early.
Three exposures, tonemapped in Nik Software HDR Efex Pro.  Warmed up in Color Efex Pro.

Introduce Yourself  -

Hi!  I'm an amateur from Aurora, Colorado, USA (near Denver).  The photo below is of Maroon Bells, near Aspen, Colorado, taken Oct 5, 2012.  Unfortunately, I missed the beautiful aspen colors by a couple weeks (note the leafless trees on the right), but it still turned out OK.

5D MkIII, 16-35L II.

At the brink of the Lower Falls in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, USA.
Taken VERY early in the morning, before the Sun was really up.  Three long exposures, tonemapped in Nik Software HDR Efex Pro.
This shot may be better in portrait orientation (see my Google+ photos).  I can't really decide.

My friend Corrine at Fountains Abbey in North Yorkshire, England.
Taken on a Canon PowerShot film camera in either 2001 or 2002.  Post processing was Photoshop using a Gothic Glow action.

This location is open from 0500-2359, or 5AM to Midnight. The checkouts are NOT compatible with iPhone or Android, so you'll have to scan a physical card (welcome to 1985). The fuel center uses lasers to scan your card, so you can use the keychain-sized King Sooper saver card. Like the registers in the store, however, you'll have to run your credit card through a card reader like an animal. No phone compatibility here. As far as I can tell, this is the best King Soopers in the Denver area. It's HUGE! It's also clean and well-stocked. If you're anywhere in the area, this is the best shopping center around. If King Soopers carries your brands, you're in luck! It's no Whole Foods (which we don't have anywhere near us), but they have a decent assortment of organic foods. Sadly, it doesn't exist on King Soopers website, so if you're trying to locate it, you'll need to use Google Maps or some other mapping application. Like all King Soopers, they rely far too heavily on self-checkout, which I hate, but during regular business hours there are checker-lines.

Good sushi! And they deliver! But not normally til after 4:30PM. The restaurant is nice, but I always get delivery. Oh, and they're open on Monday!

I've been going to Finish Line for several years and have never once had a problem with either the service or quality. Matter of fact, living out by Southlands, there is a closer detail shop that I could go to, but they are not nearly as good as Finish Line. The only problem you might find is that they're usually busy on non-rainy days, so there might be a small wait. I've had several interior and exterior detailings, on multiple cars, and the finished product has always been excellent. They have a $20 club that gives you discounts on service that easily pays for itself after a time or two. I normally get the hand wax, which is often on special. I love this place! The normal exterior wash is inexpensive and the car is hand-dried afterward, so there are no water spots. I can't recommend this place enough! I haven't found anything better in the SE Denver area.
