Where is the parent responsibility in this?
A Joe's Crab Shack in Colorado accidentally served six children alcoholic beverages filled with rum, vodka, and "a dangerous dose of grenadine."

But John, How are the parents suppose to know when little Jimmy is dry humping the Waitress's leg, that this is from the alcohol and not his ADHD?

Great article on how people in the second half provide value and benefit to everyone!
At a time when most academic discussions focus on the problems caused by population aging, a study lists the plus sides of this trend.

Bait and switch at it's best. They have at least two very large signs clearly indicating the first month is free when in fact they have no intention of honoring that. When signing my wife and I up for a $94.90/month Platinum package the total charged did not make sense. I inquired about my free month. The employees stated that I got my free month because they took off a $20 startup fee that they normally charge. WHAT? I try to explain to her the difference between the monthly fee and a startup fee and that I would gladly pay the start up fee if she would honor the clear pricing on the large sign not more than eight feet away from us claiming my first month free. She was polite but looked like a deer in headlights either because she could not comprehend what I was saying or was clearly uncomfortable with the situation the owners had put her in. I'd guess the later. The only thing she could say is "Yeah, it isn't really a free month of service." I stood in line with another new customer behind me who also agreed this was misleading. I received the business card information for the assistant manager as well as the market manager. I will be contacting them and suspect that they would honor it for me however I want to ensure other potential clients are aware of their shady practices. They have suckered many people in on this with people in too much of a hurry to notice I'm sure. I took pictures of the advertised signs both inside and outside of the salon and posted them on Yelp. I truly hope this review helps others avoid the pain and waste of time that I experienced.

Great service that knows me by name. Fresh sushi and excellent happy hour specials ensure I come in at least twice a week. I used to have to travel to Woodbury for sushi before. Six stars if it was possible.

I have two daughters at RVDA starting all the way back in late 2004. My oldest in particular has gained significant confidence by being part of their program and my youngest can pretty much be called the studio mascot. They offer both recreational classes and a more serious team dance program so they have something for everyone. They also have begun offering adult classes! BTW, I can't review them without pointing out their adaptive dance program which pairs up traditional dances with kids that have special needs to provide them an opportunity to share in the world of dance. This is optional and there is a waiting list of children wanting to be part of that program! The team environment and quality of the classes are simply amazing. They partner up all the younger members on the team with an "older sister" that truly cares for and supports the younger members. They are focused on both student and parent responsibility which has been a great growth opportunity for my children as well as myself. We have the greatest respect for the owner as well as the many passionate instructors and mentors at the studio. I've watched year after year of seniors graduating and crying as they dance their final senior dance. I look forward to seeing my daughters both complete their teenage dance career at the single best dance studio in the west metro.

Horrible. My daughter has extreme milk allergies (so yogurt) isn't an option and hates warm apple slices with her meal absorbing heat from her other food. EVERY McDonald's I've been to have made able to sub extra fries instead. They refused and we're rude when I tried to explain why. Clearly the owner of this one hires the worst of the worst and promotes treating customers like garbage. For shame......

I started using Silanis with their on premise solution back in 2007 with a Top 5 U.S. Bank, since then I have implemented it at several other banks, credit unions, manufacturing firms, and health care companies always with great success. I have moved mostly to using e-signLive which is their cloud hosted version of the product. Silanis is an interesting company because they really started with big focus on the banks and the on premise custom options and then were late to the game with cloud. Initially was behind on feature sets versus some other players but given my success with on prem, I was willing to make that trade off. I saw and knew the architecture they were building the cloud platform on and I knew it was ready to scale. Sure enough years later the cloud is on par from a UI standpoint and is actually well ahead of the curve when it comes to their API. I can integrate e-signLive into my apps in a matter of minutes. The Dev examples and online guide are very complete. The best thing about it (besides the people and support) is just the fact that IT WORKS and just runs non stop. In many years at the bank I only had 2 production issues with the system. 1 was our own issue letting the database hit a storage limit. The other was a real software issue that affected less than 10 transactions and they were on site and had the issue solved in 2 days! That is 10's of millions of transactions never failing except for those 10 and even then it was not seen by the end user and was a fix on the back end related to the documents. Bottom line, you are pretty much crazy to NOT select Silanis for your solution whether you just need their UI and a monthly plan or if you need a full custom solution.

It was slow on a Thursday when I popped in. I had the seaweed salad wasabi tobiko and a few roles while flying solo on a biz trip. They accommodated my shellfish allergy, where friendly and offered a free sample, free miso, and free ice cream. Low cost and the best am fried Saskatoon skin roll I've ever had. The rest was also fresh. Diverse severs as well which is nice to see. (Mexican Japanese and Caucasian). I would highly recommend.
