Amazon Is Experimenting With Autonomous Flying Delivery Drones

Between launching a charity-friendly buying program, announcing Sunday deliveries, and gearing up for the first wave of frenzied holiday shoppers, Amazon has been busy these past few weeks.

But that didn't stop CEO Jeff Bezos from spending a decent chunk of time talking to Charlie Rose on 60 Minutes about something, well, new.

The Brave New World of SEO: Beyond Websites

We hear it regularly – the death knell tolling for SEO. In the past several years, we’ve been bombarded by a barrage of change in organic search, from Penguin to Panda to Hummingbird, from inbound link penalties to [not provided]. Let’s face it: the only constant in search is change.

Microsoft Should Be Worried About Google’s Chromebooks

Just ahead of the holiday shopping season, Microsoft ramped up its FUD machine and  launched the next phase of its infamous anti-Google Scroogled campaign last week.

This time, the company is targeting Chromebooks, Google's cheap ChromeOS-based, web-centric laptops.

Google Enables “OK Google” Hands-Free Voice Search On PCs

Through a Chrome browser extension users can now invoke the hotword (or hot phrase) “OK Google” to initiate hands-free searches on the PC. Voice search on Chrome was possible before but you needed to manually select the microphone.

Google’s Matt Cutts: We Dropped The 100 Links Per Page Guideline But We May Take Action If It Is Too Spammy

Google’s Matt Cutts posted a video explaining why Google no longer has that 100-links-per-page Webmaster guideline.

In fact, the guideline was dropped well before2008, but SEOs and webmasters still think having over 100 links on a page is something that may lead to a penalty.

Introduction

The power of Mobile Apps to strengthen the relationship with customers/members, is really quite astonishing.  With the advent of rapid development platforms, attractive, highly functional apps can be built for under $500.

Our customers love how much more productive they have become by using Cloud Computing.  We can help you make the move to the Cloud in a trouble fee way.

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems integrate internal and external management of information across an entire organization—embracing finance/accounting, manufacturing, sales and service, customer relationship management, etc.

Need a nice new website, or just want the old one to be designed in a way that will enhance your Social Media presence, ranking you higher in Google, and engaging your customers more, then give us a call to discuss the possibilities.

We can also keep your hardware up to date, and working properly.  As well as assist you through those troublesome software issues.

Personal life.

Born in Brisbane, then moved to the Sunshine Coast aged one, and lived most of my younger life there. Lived in the country town of Cooroy for 6.5 years before moving to the tourist mecca of Noosa. Did a bit of surfing, but was more into motorbikes, because they went faster. I'm a competitive type of person, and love things that go fast, and as such, I love my motorsport. I've done quite a bit of karting in my day.

Became a mechanic doing my apprenticeship and working at my father's Honda dealership in Cooroy, and then doing RACQ breakdown work in Noosa. Moved back to Brisbane in my early twenties to build a career in IT.

Now have two boys, Michael and Tom, who bring me much joy, and help to keep me young.

Thanks for checking my profile
