If Fan Finder ads are promoted for free on other Youtube videos, doesn't this mean that preroll ads will begin being shown on our videos that we will not be getting paid for (other people's Fan Finder ads)?  If that is the case, shouldn't this be opt-in?  I'd like to choose whether I want my already dwindling revenue to be further eaten up, especially if I do not plan on using Fan Finder.

So, (and I apologize for not fully understanding the capabilities of this) can I have one manager G+profile that manages multiple G+ pages, and therefore can access multiple YT channels connected to those pages via that one manager G+ profile?

'Ad performance' statistics seem to stop as of September 20th...is anyone else seeing this?  Estimated earnings runs right up to 9/26 but ad performance stops at 9/20 for me.

I fell into a terrible habit over the past several months of only visiting Google +'s 'what's hot' stream regularly.  This resulted in me finding a couple of interesting posts, a bunch of reposted crap that I had seen at least once and sometimes many times before, and it led to a great decline in my interactivity with people on the site.  I'm convinced that the practice actually made me dumber and dulled my mind to the point where I somewhat lost the ability and/or willingness to think rationally and engage people on a regular basis.

Upon returning to my regular circle streams I immediately feel smarter, and at the risk of sounding overly dramatic, more alive, even only after engaging in several discussions.  When I reduced Google + to nothing more than a reskin of Reddit by only following 'what's hot' what I didn't realize was that I was doing both me and the platform a terrible disservice.  That is one mistake I won't be making again.

I'm growing more and more weary of Facebook with each passing day.  Over the next few weeks I will gradually wean myself off of Facebook and begin to post friends & family items exclusively on Google Plus.  I realize that I might miss out on some photos and news from people I love (and vice versa), but I just can't do Facebook anymore.  I am hopeful that some of my friends and family will at least take a look at Google plus and start posting more often here also, but if not that's fine too.  For me, Facebook has run its course.  I'm just about done with it and I do not see any better option than Google plus, which has the capability of giving me everything Facebook does plus a lot more.

+YouTube Creators Do you still do what used to be called the 'bi-weekly partner bulletin'?  I noticed you dropped the 'bi-weekly' part, but hopefully it will at least be a monthly bulletin.  I'm just curious how often you'll be doing this.  Thanks.

These guys are level headed and business minded when it comes to serving their customers. I brought my car in because the brake lights weren't working. I had tried replacing the bulbs but they still didn't work so I figured it was something electrical and decided to bring it in. They brought my car right in, took a look at it and told me it actually was the brake lights and showed me the burnt out bulbs. I don't know what happened (it's possible the bulbs I tried to put in were already burnt out) but now they worked. They could have easily charged me a diagnostic fee or a fee for the bulbs but they sent me on my way with no charge. Fast service...very reasonable wait times (they usually get me in the same day) and great customer service. I would 100% recommend this repair shop to anyone needing any kind of repair work in the area.

This is an easy one....the pizza was pretty good....better than your average NEPA pizza. We had the round with half pepperoni. Th e crust was nice and crisp, but only toward the edges...the middle was softer/limp. The flavor was good....sauce was a bit on the sweet side, but in a good way. The cheese was also flavorful. Overall the pizza itself gets a 3.75/5. The service, on the other hand, was painfully slow. We were seated right away but waited 12 minutes before our order was taken. The place seemed busy but it seemed like they only had two waitresses working the tables. Our waitress checked up on us once after the pizza arrived but after we were done 15 minutes had gone by and we were still waiting to see her so we could tell her we'd like the check now. I had to get up and track her down and tell her we were in a hurry and would like the check, which she promptly gave us at that point. We left the money and exited. Personally, I don't care as much about the service...although I'd rather have a rude waitress who is timely and checks in more often than a friendly one who is hard to locate because she has so many tables because they don't have enough people working (which is what we had). Some of the best food I've had came with sub-par service...it happens. We will probably go back, but maybe we'll do takeout next time.

I've used a public adjuster in the past because I know that insurance companies often will try to take advantage of people, so when I had a kitchen fire the first thing I did was look up an adjuster. The one I used the other time was retired, so I found Commonwealth Adjusters with a simple google search and, encouraged by the positive reviews, retained the services of Scott Seeherman. He did an amazing job of dealing with the insurance company with regard to every aspect of the process. I never had to talk to my company at all for any reason. It was absolutely painless, which is very important when you have a traumatic event like a fire or other home damage. Do not underestimate the added stress of dealing with an insurance company. All in all, we were extremely happy with the settlement Scott got for us and were more than happy we decided to go with him. PS If you are unsure about hiring a public adjuster because of the fee, let me put your mind at ease. It is worth giving up the small percentage even if you were just going to break even money-wise (but you'll likely do much better than if you try to do it yourself). The stress and worrying that goes along with dealing with an insurance company can wear on you...I know, I tried to do it myself once and I was so brow-beaten by the end of the process and so stressed out over the damage and being displaced from our home that I just gave in and accepted their lowball offer. Never again. Hiring a public adjuster is an absolute no-brainer, and you cannot possibly go wrong with Commonwealth Adjusters and specifically Scott Seeherman (although I'm sure they are all great). If you have any questions about my experience I will be happy to answer them. Just message me on Google Plus.

This place was great right up until the owner physically assaulted a family member of mine earlier today. Her mom ordered a red velvet cake for her bridal shower and upon cutting it open at the shower they noticed it was just a plain chocolate cake...not 'red' or dark red or anything resembling red. Rightfully feeling that she did not receive what she ordered, she went down to Day's to ask for her money back. After all, she ordered a red velvet cake and did not get a red velvet cake. The owner (tallish old man with white/grey hair) was immediately confrontational and before she even got a couple words out informed her that he would absolutely not make the cake for her wedding because of this (she did not care). He tried to explain that the cake had 'red velvet flavoring' whatever the hell that means. Part of the idea of a red velvet cake is that it has a distinctly red or even dark red color to the inside. This cake had no trace of that. She took a piece of the cake and showed it to him that there was no red in it and before she could get the words out he took his hand and slapped her in the face. She, her friends and mom who were in the store with her, and the employees who witnessed it were shocked. What kind of man hits a girl? What kind of upbringing must a man have had to think it is okay to hit a girl like that? She called the police and pressed charges...the security cameras in the store caught everything on video and the man did not try to deny it, only saying that he did not mean to hit her (accidentally slapped her in the face?). He later had the absolute gall to come out and say that he wanted to press charges because he felt threatened....by this 5'1" little girl who had not taken any hostile actions toward the man and who had gone out of her way to state that she did not come there to argue and that she only wanted her money back for a cake that was supposed to be red velvet but was instead just chocolate. None of us will ever do business with them again. A man who hits a girl like that, to me lacks both honor and morals. He should be ashamed of himself. Making a mistake while doing business is one thing...how you handle that mistake is another. How anyone who calls himself a man can open slap a woman in the face is incomprehensible.

Well let's see....where do I begin. I've tried every pizzeria between my town of Berwick and Wilkes Barre (but not every pizzeria in Wilkes Barre), and King's Pizzeria is the closest thing to authentic NY style pizza that I've found. If this pizzeria existed on Long Island, where there are good pizzerias on every corner, it would be among the very good pizzerias there. As a matter of fact, the only reason I can't rate this 'excellent' is because I would have nowhere to put the very best pizzerias I've ever been to (e.g. The Original Umbertos of New Hyde Park on Long Island, among others). That being said, let's get to the pizza itself. Their NY Style pizza, like I said, is a true NY style pizza. They apparently use very good and fresh ingredients and you can tell they cut no corners when it comes to their pizza. I can't pinpoint one aspect of the pizza that stands out because the flavors of all the parts of the pie come together seamlessly to make for a fantastic pie. Next, their Margherita pizza. King's offers a truly authentic Margherita pie as well. The first thing I noticed when trying it for the first time was the eruption of flavor from the sauce. The sauce is only slightly chunky and seemed it was made up of very high quality tomatoes that were emulsified, possibly with a hand blender. Whatever they use, their Margherita pizza tomato sauce is incredible. The cheese is high quality fresh mozzarella which is also flavorful. The crust is thinner than their NY style crust and is usually charred perfectly giving it a great balance between crispy and chewy. That's what I look for in a good Margherita pizza and King's has it. This is important to note, however, because not everyone who has a wood fired brick oven at their disposal knows how to properly use it. I've gotten Margherita pizza pies twice from a pizzeria called 'RoseMarie's' in Bloomsburg, and both times the pizza was overcooked and dried out. Because of the high temperatures of a brick oven, leaving the pizza in 20 seconds too long can ruin an otherwise great pizza. Overall King's gets the 'very good' score, but if I were only comparing it to pizzerias in the area it would easily score an 'excellent'.
