This is a great time of year to do a fast. If you have never done a fast, this one will be good to start with as it is mild but still very effective and just in time before summer. Last year when I did this, I lost weight (that did not come back), the bags under my eyes were 100% gone, and I felt like a million bucks! It's that simple. Eat as much as you want and when you want; smoothies, cooked, or raw. Nothing else allowed.

Nuts, seeds, beans, potato or sweet potato, soy, oats, coffee, alcohol, sugar, breads, pastas, corn (unless raw in a salad), cookies, crackers, chips, animal products of any kind (dairy, cheese, all meats), dressings (oil and vinegar ok), grains of any kind or grain products, rice, bars not allowed, powdered mixes not allowed (unless SP Complete), etc. If you have a question just ask. #DrJohn #plusyourbody
