While this is true, the system has its flaws. One of them is abuse. It's easier to diagnose physical impairment, but not so much mental/emotional impairment, epsecially trauma. Not only that, but then you have to somehow quantify it monetarily, which I think is a bit meh...
It's a dangerous push-and-pull, and the argument could be made either way. For those deeply affected, though, I will say this; No amount of money can fix it
sometimes. As a result, the system fails for those it truly desires to help.
