So, I am back. Happy, and smiling. What a great adventure, what great people and what natural and human beauty - all crammed into an intense week in the Tankwa Karoo. The sights and sounds will stay with me for a very long time - be it doef-doef music, a gi...

Story
Tagline
Personal Change Practitioner from beautiful Cape Town, South Africa.
Introduction
Johan Meiring van Zyl. Personal Change Practitioner. Counsellor at Chrysalis Counselling. Coach at (concept) Coaching. Mentor, facilitator, trainer and consultant at MentorIT.

Father of the AmzMonsta (in the real world a sweet 18-year-old girl) and caretaker of said daughter's goldfish, Thing 3.

Loves books, music, movies, writing, food, art, poetry, photography and nature: the Cederberg, the Groot and Klein Karoo and the Cape Coast. Gets there in his Land Rover, Jane. But, most of all, loves the family and friends (and, often, they are the same) who are close to his heart.

Tries to go for a long walk every day, and succeeds just slightly more times than fails. Known to grab the odd picture with a Nikon or an iPhone.

Bragging rights
Dislikes exercise, but starting to get into a bit of walking - hope this grows on me (so that I can stop growing!). Fixes old record players. Listens to Jazz on vinyl. Busy writing a novel (it's going slowly...).
