I don’t tend to be a person who spends a lot of money on decorative things, even if the decoration is on a piece of clothing that I’m going to be buying anyway. Because of that, I was slightly hesitan

I may be a JS guy, but CSS is still very important. So many great ideas popping up in the community lately surrounding CSS! Many are similar, but also many can't really co-exist. For general websites, these guys look very promising:
