Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab is a restaurant created in partnership with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises and the Sawitz/Bass family, owners of the legendary Joe's Stone Crab of Miami Beach.  Joe’s nationally acclaimed cuisine is a dining destination for prime steaks, quality seafood and world-famous Florida Stone crab claws. Joe’s offers both wet and dry aged prime beef and features a selection of bone-in signature steaks, hand-carved by master butchers and prized for their rich, on-the-bone flavor and tenderness. Joe’s signature Stone Crab claws are flown in from our fisheries in Florida and are served chilled with a creamy mustard sauce. A highlight of the dining experience at Joe’s is their tableside service where items including Dover Sole and Jumbo Alaskan King crab legs are readied for guests eating pleasure. The restaurant offers a wide variety of seafood dishes highlighting seasonal specialties like Wild Alaskan Salmon, Pacific Halibut and Nantucket Cape Scallops. Joe's proudly serves classic dishes from Joe's Stone Crab in Miami Beach like Fried Chicken, Cole Slaw, Grilled Tomatoes, Hashed Brown Potatoes and Creamed Spinach. For dessert, Joe’s offers an array of homemade pies, from the world famous Key Lime to favorites like Banana Cream Pie with Foster's Sauce and Havana Dream Pie.  Defined by a standard of hospitality and style born in the early 1900s, Joe’s offers a dining experience that is both comfortable and timeless. Our tuxedo-clad staff welcomes guests with a warm reception and provides exceptional service that has characterized Joe’s for nearly a century.

I had the Manhattan chowder, Select stone crab claws (just a taster of two claws), and Dover sole in a brown butter sauce, deboned at the table. I ordered their key lime pie to go as well for later! Outstanding meal, such a great experience, and super attentive service. As a solo diner, I felt spoiled and had a truly wonderful evening.

I'll start by saying the service was excellent and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We went with a group of 10 people and they took very good care of us. I will also say that most people in our group thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience. My personal experience is that it's not a great value. Extremely high prices and mediocre food. Alaskan King Crab was okay, you can get the same crab from your local grocery store at a fraction of the price and just de-thaw it, tastes identical. I prefer my crab hot, so a nice steam bath in a white wine blows this crab out of the water. This was my first and last experience with stone crab...hard to eat, not much meat, and extremely over priced. They cooked my Filet to the perfect temp, but again, just not much flavor. I can throw a filet on my grill with a few spices and come up with a steak that is just as tender and tastes even better. Sides are ok, but for $15 to $20 each they should unique, and be spectacular. My wife and I may be a little unique in that we love to cook very nice meals at home, so when we go out to eat at a restaurant of this caliber, we expect to be blown away.

Simply put, this is the best seafood restaurant I've ever been too. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. The food is just amazing and the atmosphere is nice as well. If I were to suggest one thing on the menu, I would advise you to get the Jonah crab claws. They come pre-cracked and are perfect. I consider myself a crab connoisseur and these take the cake. Can not wait for my next visit. This is my favorite place in Vegas to go period.

Joe's is living off their reputation which may have been well deserved however it is a restaurant that serves mediocre food at very high prices. My dining companion and I had stone crab and Alaskan king crab for an appetizer. The Alaskan king crab was delicious and easy to eat as the shell was split in the kitchen and the meat comes out in one piece. The stone crab was a different story as the shell was smashed in the kitchen and there were numerous small pieces of shell that were hard to see when you separate the shell from the meat. If you happened to miss a small piece of the shell you are in for a surprise if you bite on a piece of the shell as it is hard as.... well, a stone. For main courses my companion had a filet mignon (ordered medium) and I had the grilled seafood platter, which consisted of Madagascar shrimp, lobster and scallops. We had sides of sauteed spinach and crispy brussel sprouts. The steak was raw in the middle and overdone on the exterior which is inexcusable when you are paying Joe's prices and there is the sous vide technique to ensure steak is cooked perfectly. My items were mixed with the shrimp tasting fine, the lobster was overcooked and the scallops varied from one to the other as to their doneness and taste. All of my items were grilled and there were black carbonized pieces that I had to separate from my food. There was an unpleasant sauce, which I think was a mixture of butter with a herb sauce, that completely detracted from the flavor of the seafood. The spinach was insipid and the brussels sprouts were overcooked. We were celebrating a special occasion and received a complimentary dessert of ice cream with a brownie. The brownie was overcooked and only tolerable with the help of the ice cream. The service was a strange blend of familiarity, camaraderie (the waiter commenting, jealously, that he would dine with us if he had the opportunity) and condescension with a touch of arrogance. Then there was meaningless attention such as replacing the generous stainless steel bowl for the crab shell when it was less than one third full. There are so many choices of dining in Vegas and Joe's shouldn't be one of them. Chose a restaurant where the chef is prominently featured so you know that someone is putting their reputation on the line. Joe's is a stale restaurant with a menu lacking any imagination and relies on a clientele that is clinging to a time gone by and don't know they could have a far superior experience at over 50 other restaurants on the strip, and spend less at the majority of them also. I have dined at many high end restaurants around the world and it continue to amazes me that places such as Joe's can survive when there are so many excellent dining establishments where ever you may travel.

Had a fantastic meal last night with my husband enjoying stone crab claws, tuna filet and, filet and tail. Food and wine was wonderful and service great. We hadn't booked and luckily got a table due to a no show. A great dining experience.

I would start by saying that the service was excellent. Our server was very nice and answered every question and we ordered the food he recommended, "red snapper, Dover sole with butter sauce, mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts". The side dishes were truly huge and tasted nice but the Dover sole was just ok, not much flavor there. My husband liked the red snapper, small fish but it had some flavor. I also did not like the small corner spot we were given. But my 3stars are for the excellent service only because I think the food was not worth the price.

Last night my husband and I went to Joes, and wow the service was impeccable. We showed up about 4 hours before our reservation (because we were starving), hoping they could get us in. This kind man found us table and was just so nice! Our server was absolutely amazing! Her name was Ellen I'm pretty sure, and she definitely knew her stuff. She was nice and was so knowledgable!! Any questions we asked, she had an answer for. I thought the food was beyond good and I definitely want to go back. We had fried calamari as an appetizer. It was great. I had the grilled seafood platter (I think that's what it's called), and wow! It came with lobster, shrimp, and scallops. Delicious. Also the mashed potatoes are easily some of the best I have ever had. My husband had the stone crab (it's what they are famous for). He enjoyed them. Expect to pay a pretty penny, but you get what you pay for. Worth every cent.

One word- AMAZING. Joe's is an expensive restaurant and worth every single penny which is unusual for anything located on caesar's property. The service is absolutely perfect. Helpful but not pretentious. Engaging but not intrusive. The steak is as good as the finest steakhouses anywhere. The stone crab is famous because it is simply the best you will ever find. Definitely order the grilled tomatoes - a very unique and delicious side dish. Last but certainly not least, the Havana dream pie. I've never had Crack cocaine but imagine it must be something similar to the dream pie. Don't hesitate to enjoy the best restaurant in Las Vegas.
