Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab is a restaurant created in partnership with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises and the Sawitz/Bass family, owners of the legendary Joe's Stone Crab of Miami Beach.  Joe’s nationally acclaimed cuisine is a dining destination for prime steaks, quality seafood and world-famous Florida Stone crab claws. Joe’s offers both wet and dry aged prime beef and features a selection of bone-in signature steaks, hand-carved by master butchers and prized for their rich, on-the-bone flavor and tenderness. Joe’s signature Stone Crab claws are flown in from our fisheries in Florida and are served chilled with a creamy mustard sauce. A highlight of the dining experience at Joe’s is their tableside service where items including Dover Sole and Jumbo Alaskan King crab legs are readied for guests eating pleasure. The restaurant offers a wide variety of seafood dishes highlighting seasonal specialties like Wild Alaskan Salmon, Pacific Halibut and Nantucket Cape Scallops. Joe's proudly serves classic dishes from Joe's Stone Crab in Miami Beach like Fried Chicken, Cole Slaw, Grilled Tomatoes, Hashed Brown Potatoes and Creamed Spinach. For dessert, Joe’s offers an array of homemade pies, from the world famous Key Lime to favorites like Banana Cream Pie with Foster's Sauce and Havana Dream Pie.  Defined by a standard of hospitality and style born in the early 1900s, Joe’s offers a dining experience that is both comfortable and timeless. Our tuxedo-clad staff welcomes guests with a warm reception and provides exceptional service that has characterized Joe’s for nearly a century.

food was very good the bisque was excellent. the downside we had is they brought out the crab claws and soup at the same time, are lunch came and we had not had time to finish but 1/2 of our soup and 3 of the crab claws. when I took the last claw to eat they removed the plate that still had the lemons on it. We felt very rushed which ruins what would have been a nice meal

Joes is great. Great crab, but also great dishes like fish tacos (my fav). Go all the time when in Vegas.

I am a fan of seafood and Joe’s is my favorite place for great seafood. Though they are known for Stone Crab, in my opinion they have best King Crab of all the places I have eaten. Their Crab Bisque is also incredible. I have eaten at Joe’s many times and they always treat you well and the service is always great. The dining room can be a bit noisy when they are busy making it hard to have a conversation with your date, but the food and service more than make up for this.

Let's put it this way. Everything is good. But, in terms of variance, the stone crab claws are extra good. Don't leave this place without trying them. If you're conscientious about the little crabs, don't worry. It's actually a form of sustainable fishing because the fisherman only take the claws and put the crabs back into the ocean. Stone crabs regenerate their claws like how I regenerate my hunger for them.

Not as good as Miami, if you have those jumbo claws as a standard, avoid this seafood restaurant

This is a weird review to right because its a not exactly what people expect. I had the Fried Chicken and a Cream Bisque. However it was very good and we only made that decision after several people told us to try it at this place. The decor is wonderful and the waitstaff is top notch a solid choice for any night.
