But increasingly, facing up to foreign corruption allegations also means facing a pack of civil plaintiff attorneys. Corporate corruption cases are leading to a growing number of break-off lawsuits, filed on behalf of investors who say they have been harmed by a company’s alleged misconduct overseas.
