Thanks for the tip, and for the diet advice. I'm I'm always looking for ways to improve my health. I have a hypoactive thyroid & Hashimotos and suffer from many side effects as weight gain, fatigue, forgetful/foggy, feeling over tired, cold/hot sensitive, dry skin and hair. I have always been vegetarian and very active but I have had trouble over the last two years with symptoms that my doctor always ignored when I tried to address them. A few months ago I came across an article about managing Hashimoto flair ups on a Paleo diet. So, I decided to go the vegetarian Paleo route. I dropped the weight right away and I'm almost back to my goal, just 4 more pounds to go. Although, it did take 2 months before I starting feeling better physically, but I have now adapted to the diet and I am very happy with the results. I now visit other Paleo web pages frequently...We need more Vegetarian Paleo research, info, and recipes.
