Local firefighter uses recycled fire hoses to make profit: http://youtu.be/v1kCOxiiU4A

I had the pleasure of working with Jake a while back in the firehouse. What a great idea, recycling fire hose.

John Oliver must be doing something right. Phillip Morris felt they had to address his piece on smoking and how big tobacco sues small countries when they are trying to inform their citizens. Bravo, Mr, Oliver. #Malrboro   #JefftheDiseasedLung   #JeffWeCan
This past Sunday, Last Week Tonight With John Oliver found the host exercising his proven ability to rile those in power, this time on someone even more ridiculous than a Twitter-trolling Ecuadorian president who hangs out with clowns: the tobacco industry. Oliver spent the bulk of his show going af

Good grief, look at this fountain pen. Yes, of course I want one. No, DO NOT LOOK AT THE PRICE. Just look at the pen and enjoy it, the price will cause syncope. #FountainPen   #Visconti   #KnightsTemplar

If you MUST look at the price, please do it while seated. http://www.penboutique.com/p-12657-visconti-jacques-de-molay-the-last-knight-templar-silver-fountain-pen.aspx

“Somebody is telling us one thing and telling consumers another."

ISP companies keep advertising faster speeds for more money, yet they tell the FCC that a higher benchmark would serve no purpose. Lobbyists really have lost connection with reality. They are worse than lawyers, a gaggle self delusional liars.
Wheeler: If slow speeds are enough, why do you heavily promote faster service?

Introduction
As a licensed paramedic, Joel works in the community bringing out of hospital care to the patients, providing transportation to hospitals when necessary.

Joel started in the fire service as a volunteer in 1993 with his local fire department, the Cheshire Volunteer Fire Department. He has been associated with a fire department ever since then.

A certified fire inspector, educator and special operations team member, his knowledge and love for the emergency services have allowed him to work with e-learning companies, enhancing their courses and creating new web based learning classes.

His career started in local theaters, working as a lighting electrician, carpenter and stage technician. He advanced his theatrical career at Walt Disney World in Florida. During his time there he learned the value of good customer service.

Photography was a natural extension of lighting design. He has been published in local businesses annual reports, firehouse.com and e-learning courses. You can see more of his photography at http://flickr.com/joelneild

Flying has captivated Joel since he was young, and getting his private pilot's license is on the top of wish list in the coming years.

Hands down the best New York Pizza in the region. Those who claim this is not NY style pizza, clearly have never been to New York.

If it comes in a clay pot, it's got to be good. I have yet to find a meal here I did not like. Excellent, fresh food.
