A few thoughts of mine on why I think Tina Fey is a great idea to replace Lorne Michaels on Saturday Night Live when he eventually retires. He'll turn 73 during the upcoming series.

That was fun. Just changed passwords on the 13 Google accounts I have, either domains I maintain or individual. Annoying, but necessary.

Does anyone know how to check the charge level of a Joy-Con controller? Would be nice to know when you have to do that b4 controller death.

They're supposed to last 20hrs on a full charge, but I can't find a way to tell how much charge is left in them.

A sort of techie question about Dropbox, Linux, and their command line sync interface. I'd love to figure this out, but I don't know how.

Gotta love looking at one's old HTML code. Ran into this mess today. If I have to guess, it is a leftover fragment from the ancient days when I used to use Microsoft Frontpage all the time.

There's been a lot of folks interested in the new 3D Realms/Interceptor game Rad Rodgers. But we need more to get to the goal. Go check out our Kickstarter and back us, please.

Any of my tech related friends know this one?

If you know about playing around with the hosts file on your computer to show a domain in a different location than public DNS knows about, then this post is for you.

Do you know if there’s a way to localize that to a specific web browser? In other words, have your main system go to www.domain.com to the regular place, but have a specific browser go somewhere else?

That's a bummer. I've been using Picasa for AGES. It's by far my preferred method of photo storage. After March, Google won't be supporting it anymore. Will still work, but meh.

When I got an iMac, I opted to completely ignore Apple's Photos app, because well, - it's organization stinks. Wanted to stay with Picasa. I suppose I still can, but I better download the installer now in case it goes away after March.

Saw Queensryche tonight in Dallas. Great show, but then I would have been surprised if it was anything but. :)
