Surreal Sunrise

Or was this a sunset.   I think they are both the same this time of year at this latitude :)  Check out the rest of the album for some more quick shots from my trip to Iceland last week.  It was a good one.    A really huge thanks to +Brian Rueb & +Aperture Academy for this experience.  Yeah, I could have gone on my own, but there is no way that it would have been as fruitful and fun!!!  I learned a bunch and met some great people :)

Breathtaking shot. Really like the sun-lit clouds; they almost seem to be on fire!

Another absolute stunner from Iceland, +Joe Azure!! You guys had such a successful trip. I'm really happy for you, my friend. Keep 'em coming :-)

It does look so surreal. Amazing picture

Note - for a sense of scale - those are a group of photographers near the middle of the picture.

What's not to love about Iceland? Sweet capture Joe!

Incredible color, just no other way to put it. An spectacular image, especially love the atmosphere you picked up in the light. Congrats on the photo extract. I'm honored to be in such good company!

Gorgeous. Need to get me one of them there reverse grads :)

+Joe Azure the 3 people there in the back add so much to this photo in my opinion. It just gives you a scale of what we're seeing here :)
