To be healthy, do these 4 things daily! #Noexcuses  - make the change. Live well, live happy, lose weight, feel great and live a longer more rewarding life! 

WATER: Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (or if you like to count ounces - drink half your body weight in oz of water. EXAMPLE: you weigh 160 lbs: drink 80 oz of water.)

WORKING OUT: Try to fit in exercise at least 3-5 days a week (35-60 min each time). Walking, jogging, yoga, swimming, biking, kickboxing, HIIT, or dancing are just a few. Also, live an "active" lifestyle. Take the stairs, park the car far away from your destination so you have to walk a bit more, ride your bike/walk  to work/school/errands/pick up kids  instead of driving. etc. 

HEALTHY EATING: Avoid processed junk foods, avoid fast food, cook at home often, shop for only what you need and avoid the unhealthy food aisles.Still confused and need some guidance?I can help you eat healthier with my meal plans.They include 4 recipes a day and a shopping list. SLEEPING WELL: I've personally learned that I should avoid caffeine, scary movies, chocolate and computer work before going to bed. They all keep me up, or make me have bad dreams - which equals to bad sleep! It's no fun. Find out what your triggers are and avoid them. Be sure to get between 7 and 10 hours of sleep - depending on you - everyone is different in what they require, so if you feel rested wake up! And if you still feel sleepy, if you can, sleep more. But just be sure to "Sleep Well" for best results.
