Sharing with clients & friends first:  In these classes, which are open to the public, I will be preparing samples using gourmet Olive Oil and Vinegars and some other interesting ingredients available at Olivia Olive Oil. TWO dates, 7/20 at 6:30pm and 7/27 at 1:00 pm. $45 per person.

Do you have access to a networked food-safe 3D printer? (AKA replicator, LOL) That would be great! I'm so excited that this kind of thing isn't science fiction anymore, it could actually happen if I had the financial resources!

Girls Night Out! They rented a house with a pool for the weekend, and hired me to do a food & wine pairing event. They all had a great time enjoying some new wines, how to pair acid, alcohol & sweetness to food, and everyone learned a bunch of secrets about how to sound like you know what you're talking about at a tasting event! Mandy, Violet, Ann, Heather, Margaret...
Happy Anniversary to Vicki & Tom! I prepared and all French menu, which included an onion tart, vichyssoise, heirloom tomato salad, and lamb chops with potatoes Lyonnaise, followed by chocolate crepes! I absolutely love helping people celebrate!

Low carb cooking lesson with Ben! We made a healthy version of Buttermilk Ranch salad dressing, Braciole in a tomato sauce that we made from scratch, and a Flourless Hazelnut Cake with Lemon "Frosting", topped with a few juicy raspberries!
