Android Wear official on iOS!!!!*

*only for the LG Urbane.

You can now connect Android Wear watches to iPhones with a new iOS companion app. Android Wear for iOS includes many familiar features such as Google Now, voice search, and notification syncing, so you can have a great Wear experience with an iPhone.

What developer features are supported?
If your iOS app posts notifications, those notifications will automatically sync over to your Android Wear watch via ANCS, so the most important information from your app is always a glance away on your wrist.

What developer features are not supported?
It’s not currently possible to distribute native Android Wear apps to Wear for iOS or enhance your notifications with actions for Android Wear. We'd love to make this functionality available to developers in the future if it becomes possible.

Note: there is a small selection of watch faces available for download in the iOS companion app, however this is separate from the Google Play developer experience and it’s not possible to apply to be included in this list at this time.

We hope you enjoy using Android Wear with iPhones. To learn more about Android Wear for iOS, check out our blog post, and follow me for updates!

"Naysayers love to claim that nuclear fusion is always decades away — and always will be — but the reality is we’ve moved ever closer to the breakeven point and solved a large number of technical challenges over the past twenty years. Nuclear fusion, if we ever achieve it on a large scale, will usher in a new era for humanity: one where energy conservation is a thing of the past, as the fuel for our heart’s desires will literally be without limits."

The ultimate dream when it comes to clean, green, safe, abundant energy is nuclear fusion. The same process that powers the core of the Sun could also power everything on Earth millions of times over, if only we could figure out how to reach that breakeven point. Right now, we have three different candidates for doing so: inertial confinement, magnetic confinement, and magnetized target fusion. Recent advances have all three looking promising in various ways, making one wonder why we don't spend more resources towards achieving the holy grail of energy.
VideoThe ability to not only utilize but, at will, to create fire -- a source of heat, light and energy that could be applied to a variety of purposes -- was perhaps the key development that led humankind to dominate the plant and animal world, and eventually, all of Earth [...]

3 years ago we embarked on a project to put computing inside a contact lens -- an immensely challenging technical problem with an important application to health.  While I am delighted at the progress that project has made, I could not have imagined the potential of the initiative it has grown into -- a life sciences team with the mission to develop new technologies to make healthcare more proactive.  The efforts it has spawned include  a nanodiagnostics platform, a cardiac and activity monitor, and the Baseline Study.

It’s a huge undertaking, and I am delighted to announce that the life sciences team is now ready to graduate from our X lab and become a standalone Alphabet company, with Andy Conrad as CEO.  While the reporting structure will be different, their goal remains the same. They’ll continue to work with other life sciences companies to move new technologies from early stage R&D to clinical testing—and, hopefully—transform the way we detect, prevent, and manage disease.

The team is relatively new but very diverse including software engineers, oncologists, and optics experts.  This is the type of company we hope will thrive as part of Alphabet and I can’t wait to see what they do next.

What a great place. Went there on a hot summer night and had a blast. The food was excellent, although some of the plates weren't available - the place was packed, so some of the them were already gone. Other than that, I really recommend it. I will go there again.

Great seafood and food in general. It tends to end up a little on the pricey side if you choose to go for the sea food but you eat what you pay for. Really worth paying a visit.

What a really nice store to buy all things chocolate. You can find some very special products that don't seem to exist elsewhere, like peppermint white chocolate or blackberry dark chocolate. Also, went there to have breakfast and not only the liquid Cold chocolate was really nice, the dry-cured ham and cheese toast was awesome.

What a really nice store. You can find some very special things that don't seem to exist elsewhere, like red pepper sweet compote. Also has a special store part for products related with Olive Oil.

Went there to have a "special treat" during our stay in Barcelona and, although the food was nice, I came home rather disappointed, considering the price we paid. Also, the waitress must had been having a bad day as she was really unkind.
