Awesome view!

Hilarious! LOL Meet the new host of The Daily Host on Comedy Central. He jokes that in his first visit to NYC (he's from South Africa), he sees "fellow Africans" and excitedly calls out to them. They reply just as enthusiastically in Spanish. LOL

"Our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, with every crime and every kindness, we birth our future."

For those that haven't watched this movie or read the book it's based on, I encourage you to watch it, follow it closely, and keep an open mind. Like the book, it's tough to follow. There are many themes in it, but the quote above almost sums it all up. If you get it, this movie will challenge you to do right by others and think about the positive or negative consequences of your decisions. That's what I got from it.

I don't know what it is, but hearing that John Williams theme from the original Jurassic Park in the Jurassic World trailer gets me freaking excited!

This was my first time at a Bed & Breakfast and I must say, such a good experience that I'll definitely do it again. Sally is a great host!

I owe these folks at Camp Bow Wow so much gratitude. When the hurricane hit in 2011, my American Bulldog, Soul, got very sick. My apartment was inhabitable because the power went out, there was no heat, it was cold, and all my food spoiled. They took Soul in for as long as they could until I had to take her to an emergency room. After the vet, they still took her in, watched after her while I stayed at a friend's place and even gave her the medication the get prescribed. This Camp Bow Wow and its owners are great people. The only reason I don't take Soul to them anymore is because I moved to Washington, DC. I owe them a lot of gratitude.

I moved on Sunday, January 4th and it was my first time using movers. I decided on movers for a couple of reasons: 1. January move -- didn't know if the weather would cooperate. If it didn't, I just didn't want to put my friends or myself in that type of situation without solid help. 2. Speed -- I wanted to get this move done FAST, especially with the shorter days in the winter. My experience: These guys are great. Plain and simple. They moved my studio apartment in 1:15 hours, which ended up saving me money and my move came in under budget. However, I partially attribute that to how I prepared: I read the moving manual they have on their website and packed up EVERYTHING in boxes. This just made things easier, which saved lots of time. I'll definitely use them again.

I'm always weary of new barbershops, but after I visited this place once, I decided to make it my permanent hair cutters. They're great.

Great service in the mattress department, especially an associate who I think is of Haitian descent. Answered EVERY question I had.
