This is a great place to go if all you want is a great meal, in a pleasant atmosphere at a very reasonable price. The service here is always good, the food tastes great and the portions are very large. I usually end up taking half of my food home with me for another meal. The menu is a typical diner menu. It's full of burgers, sandwiches, omelets, pancakes, chicken parmigiana and other entrees, etc. The pies and cakes for desert are great. This is one of my favorite places to eat!

Two days ago, I would have given this five stars. I eat lunch at Wegman's two to three days a week and have been doing so for the past two years. It's not cheap but the location is very convenient and the food is consistently good. However, the people currently manning the pizza counter need a new attitude. Several months ago, the people that worked there were friendly and pleasant, and there were plenty employees there. Recently, the numbers of employees at the pizza counter have been fewer and they act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you purchase some slices for lunch. Not sure if this is management cutting cost or what, but this store needs more people at the pizza counter and they all need to have a better attitude.

I arrived at this location this morning (12/4/2014) to order breakfast on my way to work. There was no one at the ordering location in the drive through. I placed my order at 6:57 am. My order appeared on the screen -- Sausage McMuffin with Egg; Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle and a bottle of water -- with a total of $8.35. When I pulled around to go to the pay window, there were four cars in front of me. Service was extremely slow. I finally pulled to the window to pay for my order at 7:04 am. When I got there, the woman at the window said there was no order for me. I went inside and all the purple-haired manager on duty would do is to give a flippant "sorry" comment. There was no offer to get me my order or any interest in trying to make up for their mistake. I have been at this location before and the service is routinely slow, but this was the first time they had totally lost my order. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they do occur, the manager of the restaurant should make an effort to make things right...not act as if I am a bother to her. I obtained the name and phone number of the franchise owner and called him immediately. I did not expect an answer at that hour of the morning but I left a message, including my name and telephone number. Seven hours later, I have yet to receive a call back. Needless to say, this is the last time I will patronize this McDonald's location or any other McDonald's. There are plenty of other restaurants that care about their customers and it is clear to me that McDonald's does not care about customers.

The manager and assistants that run this store do not care at all about customer service. After an incident at the store, I called Lowe's Customer Care and asked to speak to a regional manager. They said I could not speak to a regional manager until after I spoke to the store manager. I agreed to wait for the store manager to call me. Instead, an assistant manager named Bill called and left a message saying he did not know what I expected them to do. So, I can't talk to a regional until I talk to the store manager and the store manager deflects calls to a hapless assistant manager. But because I still have not talked to the store manager, the customer service line refuses to send my complaint to a regional. The store manager is more interested in keeping me away from the regional than talking. Avoid this store at all costs.

I get roses for my wife every year for Valentine's Day and our anniversary every year. I have never had a bad experience with Bucks County Roses. The roses they provide always bloom, unlike roses from other sellers, and they consistently last longer than the others too. The drive-through service on Valentine's Day is very convenient. Highly recommended.

AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Nationstar Mortgage relies on deception and thievery as part of its business practices. In early 2013, Bank of American sold our mortgage to Nationstar. Shortly thereafter, we received a letter offering an accelerated and easier refinance because we were existing customers. I called Nationstar for information and was told by the loan office, a man named Jeffrey, that the only out-of-pocket expense would be $20 to lock in the rate and that all other costs would be included in the principal. Everything went fine until a couple of weeks ago when we learned that Nationstar had increased our escrow payment by $470 to cover the $5600 shortfall we had. When I asked where the shortfall had come from, I was told it was because they had taken our escrow funds to cover the closing costs for the refinance...the opposite of what the loan office told us. Escrow funds are supposed to be for insurance and taxes only...not to cover fees. In short, Nationstar lied and took our escrow funds They are a bunch of liars and thieves. CEO is Jay Bray. Brett Hawkins is on the Board of Directors. AVOID NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A LOWER RATING.

The people in this office are lazy and cannot be bothered to pick up the phone. My mortgage company made three attempts to call them about a tax issue and was never able to reach anyone from this department. This is just another example of the lousy county government we have here in Bucks County.
