One question we get asked a lot is "Where are interest rates headed this year?? Here's what the experts say:
"What the four major reporting agencies are predicting for 2016, it may make the decision for you. The chart below averages the predictions by quarter."
Each move up lessens your buying power and creates a higher monthly payment. Call or text us about buying now rather than later. Ann and Jim 603-436-1221
With interest rates still below 4%, many buyers may be on the fence as to whether to act now and purchase a new home, or wait until next year. If you look at what the four major reporting agencies are predicting for 2016, it may make the decision for you.

Real estate shone as an investment in 2015, outperforming the stock market and most other investment vehicles. PLUS you get to live in your real estate investment. Resolve to make an investment in 2016. We're happy to sit down and talk about how real estate can work for you and provide you and your family a home at the same time.
A survey by The Joint Center of Housing Studies at Harvard University reveals that when a family is buying a home they consider the financial benefits of homeownership along with the social benefits.

Over 75% of all Americans say the American dream of owning your own home is still very much alive. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have and show you how you can own your own home in 2016 for a lot less up front cash than you're thinking and probably a lower mortgage payment than you're currently paying for rent
In a recent post, Trulia examined whether homeownership was again being seen by adults in the US as a “part of their personal American Dream.” Over the last five years: The percentage of U.S.

Buying now make more financial sense. We can show you how to make that happen.
Some Highlights: The Cost of Waiting to Buy is defined as the additional funds it would take to buy a home if prices & interest rates were to increase over a period of time. Freddie Mac predicts interest rates to rise to 4.8% by next year. CoreLogic predicts home prices to appreciate by 5.3% over the next 12 months. If you are ready and willing to buy your dream home, find out if you are able to!

I'm was a Realtor in Knoxville when I took the Lucky 7 Seminars real estate training. It was very effective, hands on, and had outstanding following up support. These guys are the real deal and can get you started down the road to real estate investing. With the current financial crisis going on in real estate combined with record low interest rates, now is an excellent time to get started. I recommend Lucky 7 very highly and have experienced success as a result of their training and help.
