I just can't say enough about how much Chris Brinley and Kyle Robinson helped me get a new car. Over a period of nearly two months Chris helped me navigate a very difficult set of circumstances in order to get a new car after mine was totaled. Through the entire process he did everything within his power to do whatever he could to help me, including sending me numerous emails in which he told me to 'not worry'. He was right. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Kia Soul. (This is my second Soul and I highly recommend them!) Kyle was extremely generous with his time and stayed well after the dealership closed on 12/23 to make sure that we understood all of the features of our new car. Both of these gentleman treated me with great respect and were extremely support. I truly felt like they cared. Please go see them . . . you won't regret it!

Went to see a car at their lot and it had 5 thousand more miles on it than advertised. It still does by the way. Were going to give me $12,000 for the trade in on the car at first, but then told me they lost the buyer for it and reappraised the car for $8,000. Then tried to up sell me into a $39,000 car with a V-6 when I was looking to get out of my current V-6. Typical used car salesman tactics. These guys are no different than any other dealer. Lowball you at first, then when you walk out the door they all of the sudden have more money on your trade. Then when you don't make a decision immediately, they renege on the trade and try to put you in a more expensive car. Take a look at the 2013 Sonata 2.0T on the website. It says 34K for the mileage, but they let some idiot salesman drive it for 6 months and now it has close to 40K. Still haven't changed it on the website so I went out there again thinking it was a different car and of course nothing but excuses. Stay away from these guys. Kias are junk anyway.

Trenton, Which vehicle were you looking at, and who was your salesperson? This doesn't sound like something we would ever do. One of our managers was driving around a 2013 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T so that would explain the mileage difference.

The dealership has a great staff and the environment is comfortable and upbeat. They care about the customer even after they buy. Kia already rocks, but I would highly recommend this dealership!

The staff weren't very helpful, and certain workers there just had a lot of attitude. I were there for their service department, not their car sales, but I still expected a lot more from them.

Bought a used car there a while back and not to go into too long of a story but I had a warranty issue that drug on for too long. However they solved the issue, the service department (Kieth was my service writer) was very good and resolved the issue without me having to press the issue and jump through a bunch of hoops. I would highly recommend this dealer because of this interaction. By the way the sales team was also very nice to work with. My first contact was through the internet sales side and as I visited the dealer I was handed off to a member of the sales staff. He spent the necessary time with me and didn't pressure me.

I dont even want to give them one star. My boyfriend was looking at a truck and the salesman swore and made a gentleman's handshake that he wouldnt sell it. He went back on his word and said he was selling it to someone else.

Check engine light came on and I was traveling from out of town. Called them up and explained the situation. They got me in ASAP, within an hour, and everyone I dealt with was as nice as could be. Phenomenal service and one of the best dealerships I've been to.
