Its not a real loophole. Delaware deliberately choose low tax to bring companies to them.

Loss of $9bn for every one else is big money for Delaware. Even if it's not 100% of 9bn.
and who can blame any company to want to pay less tax? If we the ppl could find a way to pay less tax we would most likely do it.

I just paid 61% tax for a bonus I got as a employee.. Yeayh.
For the normal sallary I pay 30%+12%+30% to get my money.. Oh and then 25% VAT on top of that..

Request absentee ballot if you don't have time for lines or problems.

Vote early if you can, short lines!

The Democratic system is designed to keep upstarts out, and allow maximum control. .. Corrupt and exclusionary.

We'll be sticking with our full Prime subscription ... For now.
A simpler interface and an Apple TV app would make Amazon Prime Video an even more compelling option.

Conventional wisdom states that a candidate leads his or her people to the water and makes them drink. With millennial and late birthed Generation X’ers, this is not the case. There are some nuances that must be taken into account before their vote is somehow handed over to another candidate or political party. I believe

They are and have been for some time, more and more openly (H the prime example). We're trying to change that with Bernie, and still hope to succeed. ... If not ... Third party is what's left. 😶
In a world of Trumpism and Clintonism, there’s only one place for globalist-minded elites to go.

Introduction
Currently an exceptionally talented Virtual Executive Assistant (20 years support experience, 14 years supporting C-Level executives desk-side/in-office and virtually).

Resume on request.

Can be found all over the web by searching for "jim12957". ... (I've been online using that 'i.d.' since 1986, so there's a lot). :)

One day at a time. Live life for all it's worth (you only get one). Plan what you can, take the rest on faith. Learn. Play. Love. Live.

I, my wife and our oldest son are currently using Samsung Note 2's (Stock, 4.4), I and my wife are using Nexus 7's (2012, Stock, 4.4) and there's a Chromecast plugged into the flat screen by which we watch the world and entertain ourselves.

We're cord cutters (haven't paid for TV in over 2 years). Thanks to laptops with HDMI ports, and memberships with Netflix, Hulu Plus, Google Play, Amazon Prime, VUDU, Aereo and select others, we have all the on-demand and live material we could ever possibly consume, all for a recurring monthly cost of $40.00 U.S.

Beautiful wife, two wonderful stepsons.

Good company owned store (much superior to franchise locations). Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Slow during busy periods. Good phone selection. No contact service and jump program are beyond reproach. Customer for 10 years.

Bit disorganized and some departments to small. Merchandise seems crammed in everywhere. Do like the digital price signs. Staff hard to find. Slow checkout.
