OneDrive (iOS, Android, desktop) is Microsoft's cloud-based storage offering (essentially their version of Dropbox). It provides free online storage for all your files, so you can access them from any device. You can edit documents online in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc and share them. Or download to any computer and edit them within the desktop version of that Office program if you prefer (if it's installed on that PC).

OneDrive Business - staff across the University currently have access and can use the service by logging in using your university email. The official line though is that this service may be discontinued for staff, so therefore if you do start to use it please be aware it could be turned of at any time! Full details about the university's position will become clearer during the summer of 2015.
