After 6 months of using Project Fi by +Google
, I've terminated my +Sprint
contract. Project Fi isn't perfect, but I can no longer deal with Sprint not having VOLTE. And if I had to listen to their CSR's tell me that using wi-fi while driving down I-85 is a viable solution to being able to get data one more time, I think I'd lose it. I've used Project Fi, in 8 different countries this year, the most recent being Mexico. My bill for 5 days was less than $7.00 and I used data and made phone calls the whole time. Locally....the fact that I can switch between @T-Mobile and +Sprint
service when I need to....combined with the fact that I can start a call on wifi in the house and transfer it to cellular in my car....seals the deal.
Combined that with the fact that I now have a Data-only sim card in my Nexus 9 LTE that SHARES my data plan without any extra charges......#winning
Also.....I now can use my Nexus 6 or Nexus 9 as a hotspot....again, without any extra cost.
. I paid the ridiculous ETF, but with Project Fi, I'll recoup the cost over the next few months. My last bill was less than $30.00 for the month.#projectfi #nexus9 #nexus6 #byefelicia #bluetoothfolio +Reykeith Dudley #newyearnewme
