I'm not sure it's that simple. Those of us in the free world have more choices than those in many other parts of the world.

Surprisingly, not as much as you'd think. Plus, I've been out of website marketing for about a year and a half now, so time for something new :)

Pretty sure it IS about me...but what if it isn't?

This is not to say that none of us care or have empathy and compassion for others. We do. But most of the time when we have other people on our minds, we are usually wondering what they’re thinking of us, or how what they’re thinking might impact us." Read more...

Been really, really, really wanting to like this place and give it a good review as it's newly opened and not too far from home. If there were half stars I'd probably go with 2.5. They spent a lot of money on the renovating the place, and it definitely looks really cool. Love the atmosphere. We've been there at least 5 or 6 times since they opened, usually on Saturday nights and it's been getting worse rather than better. Service was so bad last time that we ended up walking out after 10+ minutes of sitting and being ignored. We probably won't be going back unless or until we've learned that they've gotten their act together. Overall the food has been okay. I really liked the butternut squash salad that they have as a special, as well as the baked eggs with chorizo special. Wasn't thrilled with an omelette I got when they first opened which barely had any fillings in it, and the eggs benedict florentine I got was good, but I was surprised that the english muffin was just lightly grilled rather than toasted, and therefore doughy. My adult son had a burger that he really liked, and it looked good. I had a veggie bean burger once, which tasted good but was super thin/small so not so great. My adult daughter always enjoys the various egg and pancake dishes. Also some meals seem a bit overpriced for what you get. The main problem seems that they just can't get any good help. We did sit at the bar one weeknight and the bartenders were great. Service was very good there, but even still, the cooks did mess up one of the orders.

Was with my adult daughter visiting my sister and her husband who live on Kauai, and tried Bouchon's for dinner on a Monday night. It's in a great location, looks pretty cool and had decent service. However, the food pretty much sucked. I had the Sushi specialty Maki roll they called Vegas Rolls and they were premade like you might get at a supermarket. My daughter had some salmon maki roll that she didn't even finish because it wasn't very good. My sister ordered a fairly expensive (perhaps not by Hawaii standards) Kobe Beef Burger medium rare which came out more like medium well or even well done. It also looked like some preformed frozen beef patty. She also had sweet potato fries with it that were cold and soggy and the oil tasted old. My sister's husband had ribs and chicken (I think) which he said was basically just "okay." It's a shame the food isn't up to par as there seems to be such great potential in the place. Oh yeah and one of the little bowls they give you for soy sauce with your sushi had food stuck to it, which was pretty gross.

I held my recent SEO class at this inn and couldn't have been happier with everything. From the speed in which they responded to my original request for information to the cost for the room, the discount they gave my attendees and how they set up everything to my specifications. If you're holding a small event in the Naples, FL area, this is a great location for it. The event coordinator Sara was extremely helpful!

I used this Panera location to cater a recent class I was teaching in the area. I was able to place my order all online which was extremely convenient. They delivered the food on time (early even) and everything was perfect. We had one student with a cheese allergy which I noted in my special instructions section on the form, so they put all the cheese from the sandwiches on a separate plate.
