Kettlebells are one of the best pieces of strength training equipment available. But I know many people, especially if they've been injured or are intimidated by heavy weights, might shy away from them. If that's the case, try using 2 lighter to medium weight kettlebells instead of one heavy weight. Here's a workout using 2 bells (or can also be done with one).
