This was a new kick boxing workout that i did this morning it was a great workout I was so excited to do a new workout. I had fun and I got a great workout in all at the same time. I worked up a sweat got my heart rate up and feeling really good after words thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica.

This is day 4 for the my fitness pal healthy for the holidays challenge this was today workout. It was a great workout i worked my hole body it was challenging and i had a fun all a the same time. I worked up a sweat got my heart rate up and feeling really good after words thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica.

This is day 2 for the my fitness pal healthy for the holidays challenge this was my workout for today. It was a great workout i could feel the burn the hole time with that resistance band i am sore already but it is worth it to finish it yea me :):) thanks for working out with out with me this morning Jessica.

This is day 5 for the my fitness pal fall challenge this was my stretch for today it was a great stretch. I am always so sore from my workouts and your stretches always make me fell so much better more relaxed and ready for my day. thanks for the new stretch i was excited to do it thanks for stretching with me this morning Jessica.
