, I've just finished Week 3 of C25K (lapsed runner), and the whole goal of the process has been don't get hurt. So, since I'm starting to feel twinges, I'm thinking it's time for new shoes. And, per usual, I'm totally overthinking the process :) Although I do kind of think that if I want to start barefoot running, now, early on in the process, is probably better. But, but, but... I think I'm going to go pick the brains of the folk at the Running store this afternoon. If the wee one is amenable to my plans, of course.
