I find this a really great app to capture articles that I don't have time to read right away, but don't want to lose for future reference.

You've gotta read the letter - beautiful!
Sometimes, cease-and-desist letters are mere morsels of intimidation, their legal grounds swamps. One lawyer decided that the accuser, West Orange, N.J., itself needed to shut up and go away. His letter smacks of literary genius. Read this article by Chris Matyszczyk on CNET News.

My news tiles on my Home page have been out of alignment for the last week or so (hoping the apparent bug would fix itself). Where the tiles used to be in a nice grid with spaces in between the tiles, now the tiles butt up together and in some cases overlap and the right side tiles are out of alignment. Changing window size makes no difference.

I'm glad to hear that. Keep in mind that Stylebot may style whatever web you want. If you want things be the color, shape and position you want, or even make them disappear, just style them. Now you own the web :)

Everybody has (or should have) a little desktop utility that they cherish. "Convert for Windows" is mine. It's good enough for NASA so it's certainly good enough for me. Plus, better yet, it's FREE!

Never have understood all the drama about Windows 8. I loaded it, I use it daily, took a few minutes to see how to do all the stuff I normally do on a computer - no big deal. Same thing happened when Vista came out. Big drama! I tried it, I used it, no big deal. Maybe it's time to add a little Prozac to the water supply - or at least to the water coolers in all the tech publications breakrooms.

A massive tornado struck the city of Moore, Okla., on Monday, killing dozens of people, with many still missing. Before Monday’s disaster, the Oklahoma City suburb was struck by major tornadoes in 1998, 1999, 2003, and 2010. Is there something about Moore that attracts twisters? Not that we know of....

But this probably still won't end the debate in many noisy people's minds.
