Just started playing around with the uploader. Seems to work fine but it did confuse 8 with an S in the opponent name. A minor though.

Have you all used +HearthStats.net? We've put together an uploader we could use some help testing.

If you play #Hearthstone (or like e-sports in general), +University of Virginia has a it's own TeSPA chapter now. If you live in Charlottesville and are interested in joining, email tespa@virginia.edu. Time to unlock that Hearthstone card and get some events going!

If you play #Hearthstone  you can track your win/loss stats on +HearthStats.net.

There's also a new auto-uploader we need help testing out if you're feeling adventurous.

Introduction
I work full time developing "serious games" and simulations at the University of Virginia, but I do a lot of coding on the side as a hobby. I make these side projects available to the public in case people find them useful. Please remember that time with my family and all other obligations take precedence. These free projects may fall into disrepair or be abandoned at any time.

If you've ever found my projects useful and would like to give back, PayPal donations are always welcome. :-)

I may be available for contract work, but I cannot tie myself to supporting things long-term given family and work obligations. Send me an email using the button under my profile picture if you would like to discuss a project.

Best almond croissant I've ever had outside France. Amazing chocolates and macaroons.

We needed a new car within a week after someone hit my old one. I wasn't expecting to buy a Kia, but I figured I'd go in with an open mind, just to see what they had. Craig S. ended up showing me around, and pointed me in the direction of the Kia Soul when I told him the kind of thing we were looking for. Craig took me on a test drive, answering any questions I had, but otherwise avoiding the usual litany of reasons I should buy from his dealership. It was refreshing to be able to drive the car and chat pleasantly without the kind of high-pressure tactics of the other dealerships in town. After taking test drives all over town, doing some research on Kia at home, and and weighing our options, my wife and I went back for another test drive. We ended up buying the Kia Soul, and couldn't be happier both with the service, and with the car itself. Highly recommended.

My wife and I are French, and this is the most authentic experience we've ever had in the US. The owners have done an amazing job replicating the experience of eating in a casual bistro in Paris. Sadly, that's the reason some of these negative reviews by Americans are so bad. You have to know what to expect. The food is truly excellent. It's by no means the best French food you will ever have, but it is by far the best we have ever had here. In France, it would be considered above average, casual fare, the kind you expect to pay little for but truly enjoy. It's this kind of unpretentious fare that we've been longing for. You should expect smaller portions and higher prices for some dishes. Although you wouldn't pay as much in France, it's worth the little extra to get this quality here in America. For example, the 3 slices of foie gras we ordered as an appetizer cost us $20, but they were delicious. This is not something easy to find here in the states. If you do, it's usually terrible. The only downside was that it was served a little warmer than we would have liked. The service is indeed terrible by American standards, but we felt right at home. In America, you expect immediate service, and you want the check delivered the second you've put the last bite in your mouth. In France, it is extremely rude to bring the check before you actually ask for it, as it would imply that the waiters are trying to get rid of you so they can give your table to another customer. Many aspects of life are much more laid back in France. People take time to appreciate friends and food, and the speed of service allows for this. Go with those you love. We had no reservation when we arrived, but we were seated relatively quickly (10 minute wait at the bar while arrived). Our order was also misplaced or misunderstood, but they were packed and it was very noisy. Take your time. Enjoy yourself. Roll with it.
