[Art of the Wingman for Business] Seeking social credibility for your team is not the solution for everyone; it depends on the country, company culture, industry, department, and so on. But for most of us, the average person in the workplace engages with co-workers and perceives their value through the same social protocol used in their everyday life. Be aware of others perceptions and use this knowledge to building great things.

Check out my latest blog post.

[Art of the Wingman for Business] Your physical and emotional appearance paints a perception about you whether you are actively trying to do it or not. We live in a social centric world where people love to talk about and give judgment on others. While we will not be able to change the habits of others, we can certainly be ready for them.

[Art of the Wingman for Business] Your job is to enable success and build upon the strength of your team members. Even one weak link that shows a poor demeanor, public scrutiny of the team/company or lack of respect for the role can turn a performing team into troubled team quickly. http://bit.ly/1m9QmmI

Introduction
am an international digital marketer with experience in both the start-up and corporate worlds. My 15+ years in marketing has granted me the joy of experiencing: building a company from a simple idea into a million dollar business, helping struggling businesses turnaround and create profit and growth, working in the Middle East to open a regional sales/marketing office, and working in the corporate world building demand generation engines and developing products into multi-million dollar portfolios. To compliment my role in corporate marketing, I have also spent a few years as a collegiate digital marketing adjunct professor, which allowed me to have published 50+ articles to my personal sites and third party blogs, and have spoken at numerous events as a digital marketing expert.
