Hi there! I'm Jeremy Brown.
Founder of StartupMoxie
and Startups Give Back
. Community builder, blogger, code dabbler, social media/content marketer for a startup in San Francisco (yes, I'm a millennial), and lover of the hustle.
It all started my senior year of college. That's when I was introduced to social media marketing and blogging...thanks professor!
It was as if the heavens opened up and I could see where the world was going. And I wanted in.
That's when I started my first blog. But I wanted to do more than just write.
So, with a book in hand and my handy dandy search engine (Google), I taught myself how to code. I've always been intrigued by technology and I'm the type of person that likes to know how things work. It wasn't an easy road, but I'm glad I took this path.
I learned a lot about creating websites and it sparked an obsession for creating on the web. That's when I started creating some pretty interesting things for a newbie programmer, such as: a video game search and discovery engine and Plixeo.com
The experience I received from the search engine and Plixeo is invaluable.
Fast forward to today and all the experience I've gained resulted in StartupMoxie
- the vehicle I'm using to progress humankind. If you're an entrepreneur or looking to start a business, you should check it out.
That's me in a nutshell. I'd love to connect with you, so let's circle up!
