My favorite running stats site +Runalyze added in imperial units finally. If you haven't checked it out, you should. It calculates the training load, VDOT, tracks equipment and gives a ton of statistical analysis and useful graphs. Here is a link.
TRIMP principle. TRIMP is short for Training Impulse and gives you the opportunity to compare activities of different intensity levels. VDOT estimation. VDOT is a virtual value invented by Jack Daniels in his “Running formula” to compare results of different distances with each other.
