Day 19 of #AprilTTRPGMaker
Game that's most essential to your design? At this point, the only game I have been paid to design for is D&D, so I guess that. This is not because I didn't want to make stuff for other games, but D&D is where i got the most interest & of course money.

I am in a lot of pain today and it is hard to concentrate on anything.

Day 17 of #AprilTTRPGMaker
Favorite form of feedback?
I played/encountered this thing you made/wrote and I enjoyed the experience. I have gotten that several times in my larping, but never in a tabletop context. Larp has an advantage there as it is a relatively small group of people and I know everyone who encountered a things I wrote. In tabletop, I am putting it out there in the world and I have no idea how many people encounter it.

I proposed a question a while back. Are immortal PC's a problem or are they workable? The consensus appears to be that they are workable. I decided to take a pass at setting up a framework for using it in D&D. Death is ultimately just a small challenge after all. Immortality offers a range of cool stories that make the PC's feel special in the world, which is sort of the point.

Okay.... I am going to need a bit on this one. This guy made me laugh a lot when Night Court was on the air. One should always value the people who make you laugh.

Day 16 of #AprilTTRPGMaker
Any design partners?
Worked on a larp for years with Brandes Stoddard,Colin McLaughlin, Rabbit Stoddard, and Tanya Geiger other amazing people too numerous to mention. When I worked on an MMO it was similar situation with an even larger list.

Tabletop is a smaller circle, but I have gotten used to having people I bounce ideas off of. I certainly will pick the brain of some of the same people when I need to make sure I am not crazy. If I am doing a job for someone else, I will of course stay in touch with the editor.
