+1&1 Internet, Inc. Dear 1&1, I don't know what else to do; a phone call and a promise from a tech left us with no help. An email chain going back and forth is causing me to pull out my hair since the reader at your end is proving to be unwilling to read the details properly and simply sends us back canned useless answers.
Please help us get our domain back online, either update your nameservers properly, or push the nameserver change through, or push the domain transfer through. Please do something, my client is without his bread-and-butter e-commerce website for three days now and this really, really hurts. All the details are here: http://t.co/Y7JuWbAs7h
Dear 1&1 Support, this is in reference to Customer: 22894425. Email chain: Re: C496835273 Re: Urgent help needed with ******.us. Preface: This is being written after a phone call where help was promised, but not delivered. And after an email where I gave full details and begged at the very top ...

True Fact: It is impossible to drive through Coquitlam, day or night, without being stopped by red lights 95% of the time. You can speed or crawl, in traffic or alone, doesn't matter.

Documenting my super simple coal BBQ for my propane-loving friends. For the taste, there's no comparison. I'd rather cook on the stove than bother with propane, at least there's consistency and control with the heat on a stove. But this little coal BBQ absolutely rocks.

Montreal, QC - Vancouver, BC
Story
Tagline
I can't think of a witty tagline!
Introduction
I'm your typical Canadian, born in Toronto and raised in Montreal.  My parents were German immigrants who moved here in the late 60's with my older sister just before making me.  I grew up in the suburbs just outside Montreal known as the South Shore.  My youth was spent biking around the neighborhoods and fields and forests in the summer, and digging long snow tunnels in the winter.  Occasionally I'd escape for a canoe trip in the remote Provincial Parks north of Montreal, and skiing on those tiny Laurentian hills they like to call mountains.

In the late 90's I had enough and moved across the country to Vancouver, BC.  Ten years later I find myself married to an amazing woman who grew me a phenomenal six-year-old boy. I, or we (as a family), canoe and camp every chance we get, and occasionally go skiing in Whistler or the local mountains. My last job was working as Director of IT for Canada's first Shangri-La Hotel in Western Canada's newest and tallest building in downtown Vancouver. After it's successful launch I left to start my own business that I call Technica Systems.
Bragging rights
When I was 12 I wrote a video game called Chopper Assault for the Tandy CoCo II and sold to Rainbow Magazine in 1983.

Everything about the team at Regency Volkswagen is easy, and as a contrast to every car buying experience I've had over the last few decades, pleasant. This team does everything right, from having my car on the showroom floor front and center waiting for me on pickup day, to greeting me by name when I walked in the door, to taking the time to explain every detail along the way without any sense of hurry. It's all the little things that count, and when doing something not so little like plunking down money for a new car, those little things make the experience just that much better.
