This is a most famous spot in Tuscany, Italy. Capella Santa Maria di Vitaleta. Lots of photographers come here and shoot this iconic chapel at sunset. Most of them shoot it with the sun in their back lighting the chapel. I choose to do different, included the path and ended up with this photo. It is one of my favorite photos from my recent trip to Tuscany. What do you think...

FLORENCE – beautiful city. Everyone who comes here shoots the city from the Piazza Michelangelo. Of course. It is a beautiful view. But it is also very crowded and the fight for the best spot is on every time. Believe me - I ve been there - I ve done that.
So I went up to Abbazia di San Miniato al Monte and shot my panorama from there. Same great view but without fighting for the best spot and squeezing in between other tripods.
Also there is an awesome cemetery there where you can spend hours shooting and exploring.

Although these dunes are heavily traveled and directly on the highway in Death Valley they are amongst the most beautiful ones I have seen. And if you get there before sunrise and hike all the way to the end you dont get shots with anyone else in it.

Berlin - always worth traveling to!

It was a perfect evening at the Spree. We sat on the green and had a Häagen Dazs Icecream when I saw this beautiful scenery with a awesome sky. I could not resist and take the shot. What do you think?

I walked for hours through the hot desert. No shade for miles and the dunes seemed to be even more far away every step I made. It was an exhausting hike but it was all worth it. When I arrived I sat in the sand and enjoyed to beauty of the landscape. After a while 3 starfighters flew over me and I felt a bit like in the movie STARWARS when Anakin did the Pod Race. I was looking all over for Jabba The Hutt but could not find him.

Ahhh the vast deserts of Tatooine. Good thing there weren't any sand people running about! ^_^ Great shot

I just like this not so obvious view of the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral from a small side street. Don´t you? Thanks for sharing, liking, smiling...

There are a few spots to shoot the famous VILLA BELVEDERE in Tuscany. On my first day I choose to shoot it from a field besides the road. So I got really dirty shoes and all.
As the sun went higher on that morning I decided to pack my things and move on. I drove a few hundret meters on the road as I saw this stunning view on the Villa. So I stopped my Wrangler and took some more shots. I am glad I did. Patience is most important in photography. And sometimes I just dont have it. Note to myself: Next time - stay longer! It might be worth it!!

As I reached this location near Monticchiello in Tuscany it was so foggy I could not see a thing. I parked my Wrangler on a siteroad and walked uphill on a muddy meadow. My feed were so wet and dirty it was hard to push the gas pedal on my way back.

When you stand at these crossings in New York City you can feel the energy coming from it and streaming through your body and soul. It´s so energizing to be in NYC. Thats what I want to show in this photo.

When you take the Roosevelt Island Tram over to Roosevelt Island life really slows down. You stay at the Hudson River and overlook the New York skyline. Its just awesome. So go there when you travel to NYC.
