While we usually focus on the support of those dealing with chronic illness, behind the scenes and every minute of the day, there are care givers doing their best to be supportive. This can be emotionally draining, can strain relationships and impact lives in many ways.
Just as there is an opportunity for the patients to grow and learn about themselves through the process of illness, so too can the caregivers.
This call will be an opportunity for the care givers to explore their experiences from a new perspective, but is also an opportunity for them to share practical advice with each other.
Lets come together to wrap our collective arms around the often forgotten care givers.
There is no charge to participate.

Next Lymethriving Teleconference is Monday Feb 13th 8PM EST. Jenna Wright will be co-hosting with me to address the stress coming from chronic illness + politics. This will not be a political discussion, but will focus on what you can learn about yourself as a result of the stress, how to de-stress, and how to abide peacefully even during these challenging times. BTW your political stress may be coming from being a member of any party, just as chronic illness stress can come from any illness - stress is all inclusive.

Next Lymethriving teleconference Monday 12th 8 PM est. Topic: Uncovering Wisdom. When we are struggling with chronic illness there is natural seeking for relief, not just physically, but emotionally. With that there is the search for books, articles, teachers and others who can share their wisdom to help bring the relief. Sometimes there is anger when one reads that someone is grateful for the illness experience, and yet, there can still be a search for the relief that gratitude brings. So how do we uncover or 'gain' wisdom? What is there to learn about ourselves and how? Where do we look? What if we can't read books? Please join me to explore this topic on Monday.
