BlackBerry 10 is late. Late for its originally scheduled release date, and even later to a mobile revolution that some say has already been won by Google and Apple. But the word “late” doesn’t seem to be in RIM’s lexicon.

RIM is acting like that annoying friend that always stays way to long, even after the party is over.
the "time-shift" feature is available on the Qualcomm mobile dev platform for almost 2 years and it runs Android.

RIM is pretty much dead and sooner or later they will have to licence BBM and its infrastructure. This is the only way for them to survive
By the time RIM sees the light, no one is going to give a crap about BBM.
So many people switched from BlackBerry to either Apple or Android. I'm not sure how many would want to switch back.
