It's been 6 weeks now, and OneLife is my new home. Nelly was wonderful signing me up. I just started training with Jason yesterday, and I'm really happy with how it's going. Everyone there is invested in your success, and in making the gym the absolute best it can be. Silly example- when I started there I asked for a full length mirror in the locker room. 2 weeks later- ta-dah! New full length mirror. Speaking of equipment. There's a ton of cardio equipment, including the cardio cinema. 3 rowing machines. Good stair-masters. There are TWO functional areas. Equipment is top of the line, and I'm noticing new equipment is still coming in. One of the issues has been how hot the gym is, and they just installed the biggest fan I've ever seen yesterday. The weight area is amazing. Two squat racks- one smith. (They could use a few more squat racks, but having 2 is a good start.) Oly bars everywhere with Rogue plates. Huge dumbbell area. Nearly every machine you can think of. Ninja cage with punching bag, etc. I don't do classes, so I can't comment on that. They do have towels. The water fountain you can fill your bottles with is a nice touch too. It's just a really great gym. Tips: If you can, avoid the gym M-W between 6 and 8. It can get a little hard getting equipment. The gym is empty on weekends. (Yes!)
