Story
Introduction

I create resumes, cover letters and social network profiles for IT professionals, and I love what I do. I like finding out what people have done and then crafting messages that capture the attention and interest of the reader. What I do makes a difference in people’s lives and that is important to me.

Outstanding. I'm now making an appointment for another car. I am sure that I'll get the same wonderful attitude and superior service. The interior of the first car that I took in was covered with mold due to a leakage problem. It's perfect now!

I've been going to Sarah for over 5 years. This year, I needed to do a professional photo shoot and she did my hair and make-up. It was lots of fun and I looked great.

I drive 10+ miles to get this dispensary because of their quality produce and great customer service. Their distributor did a special rush baking job for me when I ran out my snickerdoodle cookies. These are the only thing that let's me sleep! I could not be more grateful!

I was a T-Mobile customer for 10+ years until my service eroded so badly that I could no longer make calls. I bought a new phone thinking that the service might be fixed but it continued to get worse. They kept telling me that there weren't any problems with their service in Kirkland. I know that this is a complete lie after talking with others in my neighborhood. After 4 months, I'm still trying to got get my money back for the phone that I purchased but cannot use. I tried a booster but that didn't work. I finally gave up after 6 weeks and tried to return the phone, but I was past the 30 days period. I actually went down to their corporate office in Bellevue to complain. After hearing my tale, the rep said they would send me a package so I could return the phone. It never came so I called back and talked to another rep who promised to send the package. It's a couple of months later and I still haven't seen the package. I was on the phone with their customer service department for 2+ hours today. I was told that they have no records of my past calls. The guy that I talked with did absolutely everything he could but they have policies. I was told that the regional corporate offices didn't have the authority to resolve my problem so their promises meant nothing. T-Mobile is apparently improving their network connections and that was probably part of my service problem. Like I believe that. These problems occurred over 4 months. Apparently, they know nothing about implementing seamless migrations. This location kept telling me that there wasn't a problem and didn't know anything about an upgrade. Hopefully, I won't continue to be the proud owner of a new T-Mobile phone that I can't use. They are sending me a temporary phone to check the service now and I can move back to T-Mobile at no cost! The good news is that Verizon is a great choice for phone service. They are on a different network. I went to the store across from Totem Lake. I couldn't be happier.

From my experience, it is rare to visit a vehicle dealership and feel that the sales person actually listened to your requirements and understood your concerns. It is rarer still when the sales staff works as a team to make the purchase come together. That was my recent experience at Roy Robinson RV Center. I love my travel trailer – it is perfect for my needs and met my budget. My sales person, Nolan Knutson, reviewed every aspect of the trailer with me and made the purchase process very easy. I couldn’t be more delighted.
