Recently I found out that I am most likely allergic to this. It was amazing to find out how many products actually contain this ingredients and now it's hard to find things that are completely sulfate free without being ridiculously expensive.

Loyal friend who fixes what you break.
Introduction
Hi, my name is Jen. I'm never good at these things. It's never really easy to judge who people really are by an online profile, except for knowing you have the same interests, and all that jazz. The real way to really get to know someone is to meet them in person, and get to know them in real life, discussing real life issues.

Now, about me
I'm a straightforward, honest, blunt, tell-it-like-it-is person, who is loyal to those who call me a friend. I do not smoke, and do not drink regularly. I believe that life can be enjoyed without the use of drugs and alcohol, and other addictive substances.

I value honesty, respect, and dignity to and from all forms of life. I cannot understand nor tolerate hatred/discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, lifestyle or religion.

The staff was friendly and wonderful, however there were some problems with the care my Mother received while she was there. The point of her stay at Brightview was to get physical therapy 5 times a week, which she had not received. It seems the times and days that she received physical therapy are sporadic and inconsistent. She has only received four physical therapy sessions out of the ten days she's been there. Also, when she was admitted, information on a special GERD diet was forwarded to the staff at Brightview, and they either didn't pay attention to it, or didn't read the paperwork. For three days she was getting food and beverages that she could not eat. This is unacceptable, and should not happen. I also want to comment on the false representation of Brightview facilities on the website and printed literature. I'm not sure where those photos were taken, but they don't seem to be anywhere that I have seen in Brightview. The rooms are not bright and friendly, they are dingy and dark, and nothing like the photos that appear on the Brightview website. In addition, the process of getting my mother released (when she is clearly physically able to come home)from this place has been nothing short of frustrating.

This place is ever open. It's apparently closed. Note on the door says "sorry closed today". "Today" has been over several months. Very disappointed. Hope someone figures out what is going on with this place soon.

The food is awesome. I usually get a cheeseburger and fries, and they are very generous with toppings! A hidden gem in Ravenswood The dining area could use a facelift, as some of the booths have seats that have uncomfortable lumps and bumbs and need repair.

This office is extremely understaffed, and the people here are rude. Waited over an hour to get "checked in" and then another hour to get to a person who could help me....all for simple wage reporting. Every time my Mother and I go to this place it's at least a two hour affair, even for something as simple as wage reporting. This is outrageous and unacceptable.

The washers and dryers are reasonably priced, and very well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. They help you bring your bags in and out! I really do like this laundromat, but not most of it's patrons who have no control over their children, nor do they care that other people need space for folding their clothes, and are downright inconsiderate. I wish staff members did more about telling kids not to run around and scream and climb on the tables and chairs. I bring cleaner with me to clean the tables before I fold my laundry because I have seen way too many kids stomping all over them while the parents stand by and laugh while folding their clothes. How is that sanitary? I would not recommend going there on a weeknight. It's busy, there is NO PARKING, and there are no carts for your laundry. My Fiance and I have a hell of a time (work days) on week day evenings getting laundry done, as we have had to leave and come back many days in a row because a) there wasn't anywhere to park the car b)the place was packed! I really think that this location was poorly planned, and didn't consider the amount of business it would receive. They have lost a lot of business some evenings due to the lack of accommodation (parking, carts, washers) for their customers. It seems that no matter what time of day, there is NO PARKING. In summary: 1. There is never parking in the lot, and we have got boxed in before by parking too close to the doors. 2. People are rude and don't watch their children, and they run and scream all over the place without regard for people's belongings. 3. People horde the dryers, carts, and folding tables.
