Basic Information
I recently went to Ochoa as part of a bridal party, for an up-do -- and Krystal did an AMAZING job! Normally, I hate up-dos (especially for a wedding... #hairspray4dayz), but Krystal gave me a super natural, loose look that I absolutely loved (AND it lasted all night). I got so many compliments, and would love for her to do my up-dos for every wedding I'm in! Plus, their team of stylists and management are all professional, friendly, and accommodating. Not to mention they have a beautiful salon! Thanks again for a wonderful day.

Fabulous dining experience. Food was delicious, the environment is relaxing, and the service was excellent! We had a fairly large corporate group in (about 15 people) and it was wonderful working with the staff to plan & coordinate. They were responsive, flexible, and very appreciative, which made working together a breeze. My only suggestion was that the portions were a bit small. I would definitely return though!

Great place to drop my pooch for the day! He is absolutely tuckered out now, and clearly had lots of fun playing with the other pups. The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring - I would definitely take my little man back there! Thank you Lucky Dog Bark & Brew for taking good care of my boy!

Where to begin? I have been disappointed time after time with PlumpJack, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. While the location is nice, the staff treated us with less-than-ideal respect when we stayed last winter. No one offered to help us with our bags/luggage when we checked in, then they surprised us with all kinds of additional fees that were never disclosed during our reservation, and worst of all, the staff was consistently rude -- repeatedly asking us over the course of 3 days what our room number was, in an accusatory manner, as if we weren't actually paying guests?? The worst part, we spent literally thousands while we were there! I've stayed in luxury resorts all over the world, and I have to say, PlumpJack was the worst. The rooms are basic, the walls thin, the linens/towels nothing to write home about, the shower products generic, and the amenities weak. In an attempt to offer an apology, PlumpJack "gave" us a complimentary night to make up for the poor service -- yet I haven't been able to redeem it in over a year (tried 3 times now). Sorry PlumpJack, but that's strike 2! Needless to say: buyers beware!
