Building, Developing, Using the Glia Operating SystemSeeking Help in Finding Committed Leaders #Glia #googleplus
We are looking for leaders who are as driven and committed as we are in creating a sustainable, prosperous future for everyone on this planet, while at the same time rebuilding our ecological environment.
For the right people, I have no doubt whatsoever that this is an opportunity of a lifetime.
What I also believe is that the kind of leaders Glia needs can be found right here via the best social network out there, G+. Why do I believe that? Because without the people power of G+, Glia would not be where it is today. The framework existed, but the people to develop it, refine it, believe in it were hard to find, until G+ was born.
G+ has taken Glia this far, now lets see how far G+ can take this to the next stages of development!
We need leaders in two categories:
--those that can lead specific components of the Glia Operating System
--leaders from brands within G+ that want to use
the Glia OS to bring the kinds products and services to a network of passionate advocates, who together believes we can create a sustainable economy for all.
(For a nice overview, see this post from +Alex Diaz
There are five meta-components to the Glia OS that need development., to make them operational, and developed enough to crowd source their further development.
--The Glia Network Platform. +CJ Dulberger
--Glia Reputation System. +Jeff Jockisch
, +John Foster
and myself Conceptual Design
--Glia Social Network Visualization. +Gregory Esau
--Glia Capital Flows. Measures and metrics for financial, social, knowledge/intellectual and ecological capital. +Jorn Bettin
via his company, S23M.
--Glia Stakeholder and One Percent Model. +John Foster
These are big bites that will take extraordinary leadership and passion to develop and bring to our society and our organizations.
Combined, however, we can redesign our economic system, bringing together capitalism and socialism, labour and management, under an organizational model conceived of and designed for a networked society.
A decentralized model designed to empower people, and tap into what Clay Shirky calls our "cognitive surplus".
Starting Wednesday, March 20
, time TBA, I will be hosting a HOA every Wednesday to promote understanding of GLIA, and why and how it can work for brands, for businesses of any size, for individuals, the great wealth of knowledge we have here in G+, and for practically any organization that wants and needs to adapt to the challenges and opportunities of this networked world.
If you want to attend these HOA, please sign up below!
Starting Friday, March 21
, I will be available to work with those leaders who are serious in understanding and are committed to building the Glia OS and ecosystem.
For the right people, this will be a rewarding challenge and a career path like few others. An opportunity to be a pioneer in leadership and organizational models for the sustainable organizations of the future. You Can Help
