I agree with +Susan Finn.  You should choose the network that works for you and your customers. #socialmediatips

Which Social Networks Should You Care About in 2014?

It’s hard to believe that Facebook will be ten years old this February and yet social media still seems new to many of us. Brands are struggling as much as they ever have done to understand what to do with it, and which networks actually have any real value. I noticed a number of social challenges that brands faced in 2013 but probably the two most common questions I got asked were: Which social networks should I focus on? How much of my time and resources should I allocate to each one? #socialmedia   #infographic   #business  #2014 #socialmedia2014

A twist on a classic chicken soup. Add a lemon, artichoke hearts and diced tomatoes and you have a soup with wonderful tanginess that kicks "chicken soup" up a notch!

Lemon Chicken Soup with Pasta and Artichoke Hearts

#chickensoup   #artichokerecipes   #friendsfoodfamily

I love when my kids are home. My third child, Brian, had been home for the past month enjoying a semester break before he heads to Prague for a semester abroad. As we were stuck in the house, recovering from another winter storm. he and I got to put together a unique soup.

He works at the Country Club of Missouri when he is at school (University of Missouri - Columbia). It has been a great part-time job for him. Brian loves food and gets to try all different types of dishes at the country club. He talked about a chicken lemon orzo soup which had artichoke hearts in it. With a little bit of creativity we were able to replicate this soup.

Check out our recipe, it's quick and easy

I've had the pleasure to partner with Greg to conduct workshops, jointly service clients and most recently to co-host/produce the Not Business As Usual Conference. Greg's philosophy of adding value for his clients shows through in his ability to listen, determine what they need specifically then sort through his vase knowledge base to retrieve exactly what the client needs. By doing so he's able to efficiently help his clients achieve their definition of success. I've personally met some of his clients and they've said they either wouldn't be in business without Greg's help or they wouldn't be as successful as they are without what they learned from Greg. As an informal business partner, Greg is detail oriented, focused on results and always coming up with the next great way to do something. His creativity is endless. Greg is also a master facilitator. If your organization needs team or group training/coaching, I would highly recommend Greg. His style is approachable yet very informative. You never feel like you're being lectured to in one of Greg's workshops or speaking engagement. You may even find yourself laughing along with him.

Jean is a caring massage therapist who creates a relaxing environment where you can let the rest of the day slip away. She listens to your needs which I think is important. Every massage makes you feel centered and grounded. I highly recommend Jean and Time for You Massage.

I've used Friends Food Family often for the recipes. Every one has been delicious. I've even shared them with others. No matter what you're looking for - something for dinner, inspiration for appetizers or a yummy desert, this is the place to go. FYI for all you mobile users, if I'm making a Friends Food Family recipe and I need ingredients, I pull up the recipe on my phone (very easy) and there's are all the ingredients. Never come home missing something!
