Progressive Service Centers are honoring veterans across the country in this third annual vehicle giveaway event. In association with National Auto Body Council's Recycled Rides project, the Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, along with the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family was able to donate a vehicle to Robbie Jones. Robbie has spent 14 1/2 years in US Army, rising to the rank of E-6 Staff Sergeant. He has served overseas in both Kuwait and Iraq (as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom) and eared the Global War on Terror Overseas Campaign Ribbon with second award. He hopes to be able to use a car to provide reliable transportation for his wife and daughter so he can afford to start his own painting and home improvement business.

I purchased my Pilot used from another source, but chose Jeff Wyler for service. Both times I have been there, I have been impressed. This second time, I went in for an oil change. When I went to pay, I was told there was a problem with my transmission fluid mixing with my anti-freeze. Since I have a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty at the place I purchased the car, I did not have them fix the problem, but their attention to detail allowed me to timely repair this problem before it became very serious. I did not get the service technician's name, but Robert Snyder's name is on my invoice. Thanks so much for advising me of this problem....l really appreciate it!

I recently moved back to Northern Kentucky after living in Saint Louis for the last 2 years. Public transportation in Saint Louis was sufficient, so I did not have the need for a personal vehicle. After literally uprooting my entire life and changing every single routine I was comfortable with, my biggest anxiety was the thought of going through the used car buying process. I knew that my credit score, job history, and even my rental history were less than ideal, to say the least. I walked into Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence early on a Tuesday morning and was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Eric Simpson. Eric's warm, professional demeanor almost instantly alleviated most of the fears I had just minutes earlier. Eric sat down with me and made sure to get a full understanding of my unique situation. He assured me he would do everything he could to get me in the RIGHT vehicle while staying within my very limited guidelines. I ended up spending about 4 hours working WITH Eric. At no time did I feel like I was being pushed to make a decision that did not have my best interest in mind. Eric showed that he cared about me on a personal level. He was not providing the illusion of concern just to make a sale, and because of this, I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else. At the end of the day, I drove a 2010 Ford Escape off the lot and I could not be happier with my purchase. I even spent less than my allotted budget! Eric Simpson deserves all the recognition and rewards that come with being a genuine, honest and caring person. This was my first new car buying experience. Truthfully, I was dreading the experience, based upon stories I've heard about "car dealers". I found Bud Hornsby to be quite the opposite of what I expected. He wasn't pushy. He gave me the information I requested. And was genuinely a nice guy. I was looking at other dealerships at the time, but found my experience at Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence to be the best out of all of them. So that's where I bought my 2015 Honda CR-V. Love the new wheels and the lifetime of free washes!

I walked onto the lot Just browsing at Honda Civics. It has always been a dream car of mine ever since I could drive. I spoke with the sales person Paul Isaacs. He was very professional and was not a pushy salesperson. I told him my Price range and was able to get me into a 2013 Honda Civic That I fell in love with. Honda pre owned certified with all the bells and whistles. Low miles and a decent payment to match. Gave me a few additional offers that I passed on due to my budget, but they got me the financing availible to get me into the car that day. They also helped me get my old car back to my place as well! Great service, friendly people. I would go back here in a heartbeat! Thank You once again! It was a pleasure doing business with you all.

I had just finished paying off my 2009 Toyota corolla & really wanted to try a Honda. I went into the dealership at Honda on Burlington pike but no one really acknowledged me until I asked for help. When I finally did get someone to help they let me test drive the car and I was really interested however I was informed by the sales person that the car was out of my reach. Regardless I went back a 2nd time and spoke to same salesperson & he just made me feel like well this is something you wont be able to afford and didn't even really try to sell me a car?? He didn't even try to run a credit report he just assumed in my opinion. Well, I went to beechmont Toyota the following day and purchased a 2015 Toyota camry with no money down and left that day with the car!!! Perhaps Honda can get some training tips from beechmont Toyota. I would also like to add although this happened last year it is still fresh in my mind and will never go back to this particular Honda dealer or even recommend them.

Jeff Wyler and their staff were wonderful to work with from the first time I called until I drove off the lot in my new car! I received friendly and helpful service when I called to inquire about a vehicle, speaking to Brandon Godsey, David Barnhart and Chris Hamm. Christ had the vehicle pulled up front and waiting on me when I arrived. Chris was extremely helpful and very personable, which made looking for a vehicle by myself less intimidating. He was informative about the vehicle during the test drive and did all he could to help make me comfortable during the purchasing process – even setting up his phone for me to watch the Packers game during the long paperwork process. Brandon Godsey was the initial contact, so he took over during the process and never skipped a beat. He jumped right in and continued to deliver the kind and professional experience that I came to know as the Jeff Wyler experience. Brandon was very understanding and attentive to my needs and wants as a consumer and “went to bat” for me in helping me get a deal that worked best for me. And… he was successful! He got my husband and I exactly what we wanted, and made the looong process of purchasing a car seem not so bad. Even after the purchase was final, Brandon went above and beyond to made sure I was set up and ready to go in my new Honda. Even long after business hours were over, he informed me about things in my car and sat syncing my phone with the Bluetooth technology in the vehicle, so I didn’t have to worry about the hassle. David Barnhart was the employee that helped with the financing and paper signing of the purchase, and he too was a joy to deal with. His upbeat attitude and positive interaction with me and my kids made the late hour purchase go as smoothly as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience and am grateful to the entire staff at Jeff Wyler of Florence!
