January Morning at Gomez Mill #2
The Gomez Mill, also known as the Dard Hunter Mill, was built in 1912 in the shape of a Devonshire cottage by owner William Joseph “Dard” Hunter. Hunter, who was an American authority on handmade papermaking, used the mill as a paper mill until its sale in 1918. The Gomez Mill and Gomez Mill House, located in Marlboro, NY (or Town of Newburgh, depending on the source) are named after the original land holder, Sephardic Jewish trader and merchant Luis Moses Gomez.

Esopus Lighthouse in December
The Esopus Lighthouse, also nicknamed the "Maid of the Meadows", on a December morning. The lighthouse was built in 1871 to replace an existing, damaged lighthouse and is the last remaining wooden lighthouse in existence on the Hudson River.

Old Stairs to Nowhere
A set of old stairs at the Franny Reese State Park in Highland, NY. The stairs are, along with several ruined buildings, one of the few remaining architectural remains from the Ceder Glen Estate. The estate was building in 1868 by Dr. Charles H. Roberts and was their family home through the early 1900s.

January Morning at Gomez Mill #1
Built in 1912 in the shape of a Devonshire cottage, the Gomez Mill was originally used as a paper mill. The mill, which is also known as the Dard Hunter Mill after its namesake, was built by William Joseph "Dard" Hunter, an American authority on handmade papermaking. The property on which the mill resides is known as Gomez Mill House, founded by Sephardic Jewish trader and merchant Luis Moses Gomez, and is the earliest known surviving Jewish dwelling in North America.
