I am a Product Manager for Oracle on their database development tools team.
My blogs and on-line content come from me, and only me. I am not paid to blog – I’m a consultant, and any blogging I do is to promote myself, my causes, and things that make me lol. — Directly lifted with permission from Brent Ozar.
My IT background is primarily based around Oracle’s RDBMS technology, but I also have experience with IBM DB2 and Microsoft SQL Server.
My other passions include my family, trying new beers, riding my bike, classical literature, and West Virginia University football and basketball.

Note: I usually only accept Facebook requests from actual friends and LinkedIn requests from people I’ve actually worked with. If you want to get to know me, Twitter is a good place to start.
