Got to taste wine with Warren Winiarski yesterday at a seminar for Colorado wine. It was amazing. Winiarski has made some of the greatest wine in history at Stag's Leap in Napa, including his Judgment of Paris cabernet. Like getting to talk to Sandy Koufax about pitching or Hemingway about writing.
